This was an EXCELLENT CPR COURSE!! Nelson is a retired Firefighter EMT and has been giving these CPR classes for years. He is extremely experienced, patient and kind with a good sense of humor. He went thru adult, child and infant CPR techniques and what to do if adult, child or infant are choking. He also showed us some First Aid techniques. Nelson explained and demonstrated everything in detail. He made sure everyone understood and performed everything correctly. He arrived with a mannequin for each of us to practice on and gave handouts with all the information on it to refer to. I highly recommend Nelson's CPR & First Aid Training. You never know when you will find yourself in a situation where unfortunately you will need this training.

However, not only I was able to study and pass my CNA test, I took CPR, HHA and Medtech course as well. It was wonderful experience. The stuff is very helpful, supportive . I was told I HAD to have the AHA book to be permitted to enter the class, had to buy it on the way, and then did not need it. Therefore, I was forced to purchase a study guide (absolutely no help) and an e-book to take the class, that I did not need. therefore my $60 class was $100. Go elsewhere to get the cheaper rate and clear communication and expectation. The instructor was excellent!
