Our instructor, Michael Giacalone, was fantastic. He's incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping everyone truly understand the material, not just memorize it. He breaks down complex concepts in a way that actually makes them stick and builds confidence along the way. The Project Management Academy platform was also a huge part of my success. They have quizzes on all the different sections, study materials, and practice exams (both timed and untimed) that helped me prepare strategically and get comfortable with the pacing of the real exam. Being able to simulate exam conditions made a big difference. They are the worst at teaching to help you pass. I feel like they want you to fail so you have to redo the course. I'll never use them again
