Felt very comfortable and welcome when I arrived,staff very down to earth,not at all snooty ! I had some layers cut in and about 2 off length,so hair was still long.Ive bit of phobia of hairdressers after bad experience in past,but she did`nt cut it too short as some hairdressers can be scissor happy. I`ll definately be visiting again soon,might be more adventurous this time lol. It was also very cheap too £15,compared to other fancified hairdressers is very cheap,afterall its the hairdresser not the surroundings that matter! This does include the hair cut and wash as well. I like this place because it is a bit of a pampering treat and luxury experience. The staffs are friendly and welcoming. They have plasma screens next to each chair. They also have a large selection of drinks including wine, hot chocolate, fizzy water and juice and they also give you a biscuit with it. The drinks are included in the price. They always give plenty of magazines to read. It is quite an enjoyable experience if a bit expensive.
