I was told good things about this company, and they have done nothing but really upset me. They've had my car for over a month, and have given me 3 different completion days. Today alone I have been given 3 different times and I am still waiting to hear when my car will be ready. They are not at all fast and it doesn't seem like they care if you need your car back quickly. Not everyone has the money to spend on a car rental. Even my insurance company has told them to speed things along. I really don't recommend anyone using them. Not unless you don't mind waiting a month to get your vehicle back. Oh and one last thing, don't leave anything in your car...they won't let you come and get it until the car is completed.

I looked out the window after 10 minutes of waiting and I noticed the apprentice/mechanic was having issues opening my car. I ran outside asking if he needed help. He showed me my keys and told me he broke my house key while opening my car using my house key in the driver's side car door lock . The Apprentice at the desk got irate with me after I told him what happened to my property . It took me 5 minutes to calm down but he left my keys on the desk after telling me he's going to see what he can do about my keys. I didn't want to take any more chances and I took my keys back and left to go to another auto shop where I know I can trust. Total Quartz -Can Auto Care was my first and only visit. Their mechanic diagnosed the noise as two faulty struts and two faulty rear sway bar links. For $1300 they replaced the parts and the exact same problem was there. All they did was replace parts in hopes it fixed the problem. When they said there was still a noise they were right. It was the same noise when k brought it in. I took it into another mechanic and they diagnosed it as axles and wheel bearing hubs. When I contacted them, I received excuse after excuse and you could tell from the outset they are the type of business where they throw parts at problems and hope it fixes the issue. They also were completely unprofessional as even through you had proof of the mistake and misdiagnosis they had no intentions of making the situation right. There attitude is such that they could care less about mistakes. In fact, when cornered with evidence of the mistake they pulled the harassment card. Apparently complaining about a mistake constitutes harassment. They also mentioned the mechanic was on "sick leave". This may be true but how convenient! If you want a mechanic that stands by their mechanics and their work than buyer beware. Fortunately I am pursuing other options to get my money back and file associated complaints with regulatory authorities. It has now become more a point of the matter. Never do business with a company not willing to resolve a matter.

I had just purchased this car (my dream car) 5 months ago so I was devastated something had happened to it. I didn't know anyone personally who had used an auto body shop before so after looking through some reviews I took a chance on Northdale Auto. Every little thing, from their quick communication via email to their pleasant disposition, friendly smiles and welcoming environment made me so comfortable with choosing them. I just picked up my vehicle after they had it for a week and it feels brand new like I just bought it! Besides the required work, they detailed it inside and out. They made sure to do a walk-around with me, to ensure I was confident and pleased with the work they did. Even did an extra polish over one area and had a tech shine the tires and rims right before I got back in. I am SO extremely happy I chose Northdale Auto! The experience has been nothing short from amazing. I will recommend to any one needing or wanting work done - you can even trust them with your dream car!
