Veronique is really friendly, and took the…read moretime to make sure she understood what I wanted. She brought me tea, let me charge my phone... so nice! And usually I'm very picky with my highlights, so it's amazing to have it done right on the first try- especially at a salon I've never been to before! It was a little tricky to get to, but very worth it. Highly recommend!

I'm sorry to post a follow-up review that is not as great as the first one, and also because I like Veronique very much, but I am not happy.
I don't know what happened yesterday, but all I wanted was to lighten up my roots so that they matched the rest of my hair, but 4 hours later, instead of blond highlights, I came out with darker, reddish hair. In all the years I've highlighted my hair, I've never had it come out like this. I still got charged about €140 for something I really don't like, and i gave a tip because they spent a lot of time on me, but ugh I am so unhappy with this color. And I really would like them to fix it (for free). Last time V did a great job, I don't know what happened this time.
