I've never worked with a more experienced, professional, ethical and hardworking team than Louise and her outstanding colleagues. Her knowledge and reputation far exceed any RE professional I've worked with previously. Our home sold for above asking price with a seamless escrow that closed on time. I look forward to working with Louise and her team again. Thank you for everything!

Your real estate experience is only as good as your real estate agent, and I can't imagine having…read moreanyone better than Nick Miller in our corner. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions you'll make, and Nick made the entire experience feel seamless. What stood out immediately was his honesty. During every property tour, he wasn't trying to sell us on a house. He gave us an objective assessment of each one, pointing out both the positives and the negatives. If the photos looked better than the home in person, he'd say so. He noticed details we hadn't even had time to process yet, from the location and views to the positioning of the property and factors that could affect its long-term value. We always felt like we were getting the truth, not a sales pitch. When we found the property we wanted, Nick's expertise became invaluable. He recommended an offer that was significantly below the asking price and included seller-paid closing costs, inspections, and other fees. I honestly thought it was a big ask. But Nick knew the market, the community, and the property. He confidently and respectfully advocated on our behalf, explaining why our offer was fair and justified. In the end, the sellers accepted. One of the things I appreciated most was how he handled the negotiations. I'm sure there were plenty of conversations happening behind the scenes, but Nick never pulled us into the back-and-forth or added unnecessary stress. He simply kept us informed that discussions were ongoing while he handled everything professionally. That gave us tremendous peace of mind. Nick is honest, responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely advocates for his clients. If we were selling a home, he's exactly who we'd want representing us because you know he'll always work in his client's best interest. His knowledge of Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley is another huge advantage. Having grown up there, he understands the neighborhoods, the history, and the market in a way that only a true local can. If you're buying or selling in the Coachella Valley, I wholeheartedly recommend Nick Miller. The level of care he provides his clients is truly exceptional, and we're incredibly grateful he represented us.

Ross Stout was on it!…read more Every time we thought of a question (should we place a back-up offer, what about connecting services, would the seller be willing to...) we'd contact Ross and he had already anticipated it and, 9 times out of 10, it had been done. He took the initiative to do everything he could to help us reach our goal (we were very specific about what we wanted) as long as it didn't cost us extra money or make us liable. When viewing properties, Ross was careful to follow covid19, and common sense, guidelines. I also appreciated the fact that Ross stayed close by (in case we had questions), but let us look at the properties on our own without doing that thing some realtors do 'Did you see this?', 'Oh cool! You don't have to be outside to enjoy the rain', 'That's so thoughtful. You have a toilet in the living room. You don't have to pause your movie to...', 'Look how nice these baseboards are'.... that kind of stuff. We really got the sense then that we could trust Ross because he made it feel as though he trusted that we knew what we wanted. He never tried to hard sell but would guide us when asked. Ross recommended, and we went with, his excellent loan supervisor (Taylor Loop) and Escrow Officer (Gina Malloch of CV Escrow) and as a team-machine, they were so well oiled! We didn't have to worry about a thing. All transactions except the final papers (that legally require a notary) were done online, and when it came time to have the final contract notarized, they sent a notary to us. We'll settle in a bit before we start looking again, this time for income property (rentals). And when the time comes I know exactly who to trust. Thank you, Ross Stout.

We can't speak highly enough of our experiences with Denise Wendland. In every way, we were…read morefortunate to have someone who partnered with us to achieve: - Sale of our home at Full Asking Price. - Listed and Under Contract within 15 Days. - Aggressively resolved issues with Buyers/Appraisal/H&S Repairs. To note, when we listed our sale with Denise, there were four other homes within the neighborhood for sale. These other homes were more or less identical to ours and had been listed for over 60 to 130 days. For me, I was worried that our home would never sell without steep asking price reductions based on the inventory. I listened to her recommendation, for the listing price, and reviewed her market comp analysis, which was expertly written. Her list price garnered immediate interest from Buyers and we were soon under contract, within 15 days of listing. Moreover, as issues arose, she would call to not just inform me about what was going on, but, with information about what she was already doing to fix it. That's one of the many great qualities about Denise. When there is an issue or something that needs doing, she is already two steps ahead of it. You don't have to ask her to do anything; you can trust her to know that she's already working on what you need. You can see her professionalism in everything that she does. The photography and staging of the home are meticulous. Of all the listings in the area, her photographs were second to none. In fact, the way she presented our home looked so good, that even I was shocked at how nice the place could look. In screening buyers, she is sharp and reviews everything in detail. Moreover, our transaction had some complex issues that almost arose concerning the appraisal (our buyers were using a VA loan) as well as some required health and safety repairs. I cannot begin to explain the sharpness, determination, and professionalism of how she dealt with everything. Issues that I know would have killed a deal, for any other realtor, were quickly and deftly dealt with by Denise. Most importantly, she handled every issue in such a way that it never affected our bottom-line/net proceeds. I have given a lot of thought to all the work she put into this and it really is exceptional what she achieved. Denise Wendland is a true partner, advisor, and real estate expert. We are repeat customers of hers and, in every deal, she has helped our family achieve the financial goals we set out on. Moreover, she has exceeded all of our expectations. Did I mention that our sale price is the new high, for the neighborhood? That's how great she is.

Denise Wendland is a fantastic real estate agent!…read more We just sold a rental home in San Jacinto. We chose Denise to handle the sale based on her excellent Yelp reviews, and she did an absolutely wonderful job! We have been landlords for many years, and we have learned that the key to selling a home is to find the best realtor in the area. We live in San Diego, and we didn't know anyone in the Hemet-San Jacinto area, so we did what we always do when out-of-town: consult Yelp! Denise has excellent reviews, of course; we read every one. We first phoned Denise on New Years Eve and made an appointment to walk through the property with her. She immediately sent us a market analysis of comps to help with pricing. When we met Denise at the house, we were impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Having rented the home for years, we were uncertain as to what upgrades or repairs might be needed, so we really appreciated having her point out what needed attention and what didn't. It did need a little cleaning; we asked if she knew anyone we could call. She arranged the carpet cleaning for us, and she cleaned some special items herself! She explained "that's how I run my business": definitely "above and beyond"! Thank you so much, Denise! Denise did some nice staging and had beautiful photos taken for the listing. She made the house sparkle! We really appreciated her attention to detail. A week later we accepted a solid offer at over listing price! Denise handled all the inspections, arranged some termite remediation work, and kept everything moving along. All the while, she kept us informed by email, phone and text. All paperwork was handled digitally, except notarization of closing docs, which we handled in San Diego, so we never needed to make another trip to Hemet (a three-hour round trip for us). We have never had a sale go as smoothly and easily as this one! Denise, thank you so much!
