I first discovered them back in September of 2018 and their service and efficiency was the best I had ever experienced. After my first experience with, Jessica Rossi and the rest of the Shaheen Law team, I gave them all my other deals. I was so glad I did on my latest deal! I was buying 7 duplexes. They had to all close at the same time or the deal would not close. The lender I chose for these 7 deals, provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Jessica Rossi provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. It was like a battle of good and evil. The Lender dragged it out for 6 months! They kept finding ways not to fund. meanwhile; Jessica looked for ways to reduce my cost by getting me a better price from within and from other vendors in appreciation of my business. Jessica assisted the lender where ever she could. The second she needed anything from me, she would ask for it. The second I asked for a document or an explanation from her, she would email it to me. When finally, the lender was ready to "Clear to Close" the loan, Jessica worked non stop for 2 days helping the lender get the figures correct. The first day, right after Jessica assisted the lender to get all 7 of the figures correct, the lender delayed for another day causing the figures to change. The second day Jessica took the lender by the hand once again and helped them get the figures correct once again. They were both full days and Jessica was on it! It was typical for the lender to delay and it was typical for Jessica to fight for me, Her customer. I was so nervous because the lender was so awful and I had worked for 6 months trying to close this deal. I was so relieved when Jessica was in complete control of my closing and the lender's hands were finally off my files. Once she was, my 7 deals closed like clockwork. She arranged the notary that I wanted and the time and place. She got me all the copies I needed and asked for. She emailed me copies and offered to send hard copies of all the documents right to my front door. She arranged for me to get all 14 keys from the Selling side. She made sure I got the list of contact info for all 14 tenants at these 7 duplexes. Jessica left no stone unturned and delivered the absolute BEST service possible. I was confident that she would see what the other 2 GALs had seen in my soon-to-be ex-husband; an abusive (on probation currently for abusing our 8 year old son and I currently have a 2 year Protective Order in place for myself (no contact) and my 3 children (no hostile contact)), manipulative, lying man. Ms. Jenkins was presented with the evidence of abuse on my 8 year old son, evidence of abuse against me during our marriage and was present during the Protective Order hearing in which the Judge presiding over the case said to my ex-husband that she didn't like his demeanour nor the way he carried himself and the fact that he lied, under oath, in a court of law. Still, some how, Ms. Jenkins recommendation was that a child abuser have sole physical custody and that we share joint legal custody. I complied with all of her requests, background checks, drug tests, alcohol tests and passed with flying colors. I had requested that the same be requested of my ex and his immediate family who have a history of alcohol and drug abuse and was told that it WAS requested but never received. When I asked Ms. Jenkins how she could make a fair decision if she didn't have all of the information she needed, I was ignored and Ms. Jenkins started to contact my attorney and request that her fees be added into my final divorce decree. Gotta get that money because obviously that's what's important here, not protecting children. As a disclosure, I do not do drugs, drink and have NEVER abused my children. I have been a stay at home mother for 10 plus years, on top of going to school and working in the medical field off and on during my 13 year marriage. No felonies, no jail time. My only fault is staying in an abusive relationship and allowing my children and myself to be abused for too long.
