We parked on the side of the building and walked in. They have a pretty large menu, see attached photograph. I ordered the ground beef enchilada with red chile for $13. They also asked for my two sides, beans, rice, posole. Decided on rice and posole. They served an ample amount of lettuce and tomatoes on the side of the enchilada. Enchilada had lots of cheese and beef. The order came out very quickly- as fast as fast food. My only criticism would be the large amount of salt they used in the rice and enchilada. It was too salty, and I like salt. Overall, an average food experience.

The arroz con pollo soup has chile in it at this location but not at the one near the Relief Route in SF. The tamale at this location was swimming in HOT red chile. Couldn't do my stomach dirty like that at 8pm, so ate it the next day. My advice is get to know your Parasol and stick with it. If you try a different one, don't assume it's the same as your fav.

The guy working behind her seemed very kind and seemed to be hustling getting orders ready (he almost had an apologetic look on his face like, "I know, she's awful") while she just sat at the window staring at customers like they were idiots. Unless she was just having the worst day ever, maybe she shouldn't be working in any type of customer service job.

BFF and I ordered the prime rib special (well done) and it was fantastic (served with mashed potatoes and veggies). Mom was going to order the SF enchiladas but the server did not recommend them so mom ordered a salad instead (we appreciated the honesty). My friend does not eat meat unless it is Halal (she is married to a Pakistanian) so she ordered a side of mashed potatoes and an order of nachos (w/o meat). Everyone enjoyed their meal and also opted for dessert! Mom and I got the pecan pie (she got hers a la mode). BFF and my friend got the apple pie a la mode. We all really enjoyed the meal but the only thing was our server was just a bit too snarky which we did not appreciate. For example, she came by as we were finishing up our dessert and I thought she was picking up our plates so I was going to hand mine over and she said she would be by to take them (no problem); however, she was just right behind me asking the other table if they needed anything and then she picked up our plates. I felt as if she was doing this on purpose (some servers just have an attitude and are not "people persons" as they say). Other than that, I would definitely return!

There were plenty of tables available when we came on a Friday night, however, we were assigned a pager and asked to wait about 15 minutes. I believe it was because they didn't have enough servers, which is probably why service was also slow once we were finally seated. The food is alright. I would recommend the chile relleno burger wrapped in a flour tortilla. It was very good but also very messy to eat. The surf & turf special they have on Fridays was meh. The steak had lots of gristle and wasn't very seasoned. They also have a prime rib special on Saturdays, but we didn't come the following night.

Turquoise Trail Bar & Grill "hands down" the best choice within the casino for dining. A shame…read morethey've gotten such negative feedback as our experience was not! We were staying one night at the hotel and decided to have dinner here based on the other two locations Turquoise Trails menu seemed to fit more along the lines of what we were wanting. Happy with our decision from start to finish. It was during the weekday (Wednesday) , so it wasn't too busy and we were seated right away when we arrived just before 6 PM. Sat at the bar. Our server & bartender was very friendly and attentive. Believe his name was Ronnie. He kept our glasses filled, was super attentive and professional. Started with their salsa that is served with fresh corn tortilla chips. Salsa was extremely unusual, served warm, consistency great, tasted good, but could have had much more heat. Decided on their "special" that evening which was a 10 oz strip streak and fries for $17.99. Absolutely worth it! It came with a deliciously fresh chimichurri sauce that was amazing & tasted just like I'd make it at home. The fries were good and requested them extra crispy which they also were. Pleased with our experience & couldn't believe that the prices were so reasonable- plus the efficiency of service and staff. If travel through the area again we will definitely be back! *Note: Can be a little confusing in finding; FYI it's located downstairs.

I believe I waited 30+ minutes for a few soft tacos. I would have understood if the restaurant was busy but rather it was fairly dead. Instead of providing the missing item they were extremely rude and dismissive. They went back to goofing off and I had to ask again for the missing item. I finally decided it wasn't worth the hassle and left. I will never be returning to this location and STRONGLY suggest avoiding it at all cost.
