Even though our kitchen is still a work in progress while we wait for our upper cabinets to be installed, the countertops and backsplash already look absolutely beautiful! What impressed us most, however, was their customer service and professionalism. After the initial installation, I felt that a few of the backsplash pieces were not as cohesive with the countertops as I had hoped. One slab had a noticeably different tone, and some of the veining direction and movement did not flow consistently with the surrounding pieces. Rather than dismissing my concerns, Page and her team truly listened and stood behind their work. They replaced the backsplash, and the final result exceeded our expectations.
