They gave me a deal cause it was last minute but they told me because of that I had to pay them upfront in CASH APP. I should have known better but they said they've been in business 30 years and they needed that cause it was discounted. So it made sense to me. I paid them $300 upfront. All of us were gonna pitch in for it. They CANCELLED on me 10 minutes before they were supposed to pick up. They didnt even provide a different vehicle or any other option. They said they would refund my money immediately. They didnt. And now they are ghosting my calls and texts and nobody is getting back to me. Turns out I looked deeper into they have scammed several people. They are representing Georgetown as their "local limo" service. Mistakes happen and I am understanding but as a business owner you always take care of the customer when problems happen or at least pick up their calls. I feel so burned.

Then gentlemen tells me they are just about to pull up so I tell him that if he could charge me for the trip just for going to the store. Let me tell you this gentleman says let me see I'll call you back so wait 30 min nothing so I am calling and calling he ain't answering I even send him a text. It took him about an hour to answer my phone call. When I finally get to talk to him, he tells me that they don't refund the money but that he would talk to his manager who won't be in the office until next week and then they would return my call. No phone at all and we are already in January and I went on the website and nowhere does it say anything about no refund on cancellation. I can't believe this company literally took my money and did not even give me any service I got scammed big time. I should of read the reviews first I can't believe that these people could actually do this but I would never recommend this company to anyone. He sends me the text I told him I'm making sure I have the right bus station he sent me the photo. We had rented a nice pontoon boat the next day - since we had the issues with the bus they were going to send us a yacht. What a joke - the boat was not the pontoon and not even close to a yacht! The driver was rude, the boat was too small for all of us and the dock was seriously dangerous. This was bait and switch the whole way. Now they won't return my calls to get a refund.
