When she is awake at night they let her know she is safe and create an environment for her to easily return to sleep. Alivia provides excellent care for my Mom during the day. There were boxes out and things in the way & they still kept a cheerful & helpful attitude--even when cleaning up bird "mess." They cleaned window sills, collectable stuff, dusted and vacuumed. One shelf was not done but they worked "over-time." Either they did not have time or I was not clear. I gave them a written list. Were supposed to do a walk-through but I think they had stayed longer-than-expected. I would still give them a 96% Someone else was more reasonable but it had to be a certain day for me when I was off work. I had an organizer here at the same time so it was chaotic for them and me. They will bounce you around to people all over the company and seemingly all over the world. No one will take responsibility and when you try to get a working local number to reach someone empowered to help, they will ask you how you got it and act like you did something wrong. Sales will refer to billing. Billing will refer to sales. It's the classic "right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing". As a result, it can take months to resolve receiving supplies for a device you don't actually have, meanwhile the insurance is paying claims on those supplies. Physicians: Run, don't walk, away from this place. They have no concept of customer service. Patients: If your doctor wants to set you up with durable medical equipment, ask who they have in mind otherwise this company will just dump stuff on your doorstep without any prior effort to confirm when or what. As long as they get your insurance to pay, they don't care.

I have been taking my mom full time for 10 years (she is 90). This place caused more damage than…read moregood to say the least. The nurse came out and put my mom's catheter on wrong and it came out in the middle of the night. Because of this the next morning my mom was wet with urine and I had to take her into urgent care to have the catheter put on PROPERLY - she has had no problems since then with the catheter. All my family felt the nurses were very rude and condescending. Our relationship started out good but quickly deteriorated when it was apparent that we were not going to be working TOGETHER as a team to HELP MY MOM. Unfortuanlty, we had to report the nurse to the appropriate governing bodies for investigation. I truly regret having to take such actions but felt it was necessary in this case.
