About two weeks after the work was completed (07/11/2024) we had a hairline crack in the front patio area. He did two repairs on the crack and the repair looks worse than the hairline crack. We have been trying to get him out to repair the repair and he has stopped responding to text messages and not responding to phone calls. He does not follow up with the 5-year warranty that he promised when we signed the contract. I will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. Very disappointing as we thought we were hiring an honest business man.
