I am reticent to drive into a random car wash without doing some due diligence. My son told me this was the best one in Gainesville, so this was where I went. The staff I encountered were extremely friendly. You drive through the car wash and when you're done, they have parking spots where you can park your car and vacuum inside. They have spray bottles for cleaning windows and seating surfaces along with microfiber towels. For $30, I felt it was a fantastic value.

The past week the discount was $5 off all washes, so of course I decided to go with the Graphene which is the top tier wash. I do like the Graphene when my car is desperate need of TLC because it really makes the car have that brand new look. One thing I have an issue with at this car wash is that they never have enough cloth towels at the stations. I find myself wandering over to other stations to grab a cloth for cleaning my windows etc. Especially now since it's the spring clean season and time of the year where more people are on the road - I wish they would be more attentive to the stations. Even the cleansers were low yesterday which I did mention to someone and they seem to restock the stations later on. Overall, I do think it's in a great location and the wash prices are pretty reasonable for each tier.

It looks fairly new. The self car wash worked great on my van. Pricing was equal across the board compared to other self washes in the US. The problem was I wanted to vacuum out my van first. I approached one vacuum and put in my ($1.50) 6 quarters and it didn't work (lost said quarters). So I drove to a he vacuum on the opposite of it, proceeded to put in my 6 quarters and that one didn't work either. I can understand that vacuums break at times, but I was not going to call the number provided to report the issue. So in all, if you need your car washed, this is a good wash. If you need your car vacuumed, I would suggest using your home vacuum in your driveway. At least until the issue gets resolved.

Didn't think much of it they "replaced" it in a couple of hours the day after. Go to pick the truck up and the thing won't even start. Im furious as why would you give me a truck with a starter issue that still doesn't start when you give it back. Older guy walks me to my truck "cranks" the truck by stepping on BRAKE AND GAS at the same time presses on button and bam white smoke projecting everywhere. That was never an issue owening my truck as I drive from Granville to Ft. Lauderdale, Melbourne, fort myers, all over Florida literally with no issue. They said it would take about a week to fix, said they would get it in the day after which was a Thursday, didn't start on it till the following Monday. "Oh we have to ship out your headers to make sure they aren't worn" doesn't do it until that following Thursday and then have to wait till Monday to hear again. Mind you this has been two weeks always telling me it'll take a couple more days and pushing the date back. Next thing was, it was supposed to be done the DAY before spring break where I live in Fort Lauderdale 4:30 hours away. Tell me to come in at three, then oh come in at 6. I'm on my way to pick up my truck and get a call, it won't be done till next Monday. Another cherry on top. So guess what had to bus home and waited another TWO weeks for my truck to be done only to get it in a condition that was worse. I have rock light in my wheels and guess what I found out they screwed that up too. I have pictures of before and after, before my lights worked, now none of them do. I have black wires dangling from the bottoms of my truck from them trying to rewire it all which means they screwed that up and lied to me about it. NEVER once told me about the rewire of the truck which obviously contributed to the delay of my trucks return. They were never honest and screwed everything up only for none of it to work. My starter to this day still goes in and out and sometimes doesn't start my truck. Please stay away from this place. Not to mention a year before that, owned a BMW that the front right axel came off. The repaired it quickly only for three days later it to basically come off again and they told me "oh yeah we found a screw that wasn't tightened all the way". This is by far the worst experience I've had at a place and trust me when I say IVE HAD PLENTY. Genuinely lucky I didnt report them to the BBA or anything like that. Please stay away.

I had purchased a 10 year old Prius. Within 3 months of the purchase, I was informed that every battery in the car needed to be replaced in order for the car to be able to be driven.
