It is one of the most welcoming and loving places that we have ever been to. We have made so many friends and connections since we have been here, and it is amazing watching how my family has grown since we have been going. This is a place where they will not only love you, but grow you, train you, challenge you, stretch you... The children and youth programs are awesome. We have 5 kids, and to see what God has done in and through them is just awesome. And the worship is just... wow... If you want to encounter God like never before, want to grow, be trained, see God alive and moving, learn to hear his voice, need healing, get involved and be a part of reaching the community... this is the place for you. FFI has two services on Sunday Mornings at 9 and 11. On Wednesday nights there are many classes to choose from and they change often. There's always something new to explore. They have Connection groups all over the Waxahachie area two Sunday evening's a month. There's also various outreach programs, classes, ministry schools, etc. throughout the year.

The Sunday morning sermons, small groups, and various Sunday school classes tend to teach directly from the Bible, so if you're not used to that style of teaching, it's a good opportunity to learn a lot. The church is fairly tight-knit, and unfortunately this can cause some people to feel less than welcomed there, as it's easier to say "Hi, how are you?" to someone you know than to someone you don't know. I pray that if you do visit, you will feel welcomed (it's easy for human imperfection to get in the way of a good thing). The youth groups at Faith are active, loving, and helpful. No church is perfect, as they are all filled with humans, just like all other organizations, but I really do like Faith Bible Church. If you're looking for a church in this area, try this one out.

We sent our kids to Gateway for Vacation Bible School this past summer and my husband and I were amazed at how much our kids learned in that week. They knew more about the bible in that week then they knew from going to our previous church for 2 1/2 years. We knew we had to try it out. Everyone was so friendly, they made us feel very welcome. My kids loved it and they still do. We do not have to drag them to church they lead us every week!
