A goat track of a golf course with only 9 holes and a par 29 for them (two par 4's and 7 par 3's) but the attraction is based on all of the following upside:
1) You don't need to book so a late minute decision is fine, just rock up, pay & play
2) Scotchman's Creek runs throughout so if you hook or slice (depending on the hole) you'll end up with a missing ball - bring a few spares
3) It's a quick round of you don't want to dedicate a full day - you can always go around again to make it 18 holes if you'd like
4) A huge plus for people with kids is that it is kid friendly, they play "big holes" on Sunday's to make putting a little easier but they leave the regular holes in play if you want the extra putting challenge
5) They have kids clubs to hire as well as adult sets and buggies and the "pro shop" has the gear, balls, tees etc
Not for those who love their golf, unless you want to practice your short game, but a great place for beginners.
Only downside is the cost with no concession on weekends (when the kids will play), but that's a council decision.
