I highly recommend visiting this location as not only do they have gorgeous tile etc. but the personal attention was so appreciated. The store is easy to get to and there's plenty of parking and a ramp if you want to avoid the stairs. The layout of the store was easy to follow and find many options. Once you choose options they have a large table you can place all the choices on then decide if too like it or want to take items home. Great experience today. Highly recommend. The ordering process was so efficient and easy. Dominic asked many times if the order was right and confirmed the availability of the tile. The order should take less than two weeks to arrive.

While I liked the tile for a kitchen backsplash very much, I was very disappointed that double of…read morethe amount of the tile was ordered and since it was a special order, it's not returnable as per their policy. I presented them the layout with detailed dimensions and counted on their expertise to calculate how much would be needed. After the install, DOUBLE the amount of tile was left over costing me over $275 plus the extra $115 to have it shipped. My advice is to NOT LET THEM DO THE CALCULATION OF HOW MUCH TILE IS NEEDED and avoid special orders with them.

We put a deposit of $18,500 down to have Flowers Flooring install our laminate floors. After one month of delays, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, perhaps business is good and they're schedule is full. So I didn't complain. I stayed patient. But then, one more month passed, and so I reached out and began expressing my frustration with how long it has taken. They reassured me and promised the job would get done. But then, after a couple of more weeks of silence, we ended up hiring another company to do the job. Flowers Flooring said they would issue a full refund and that it would take up to 30 days to process. After about 40 days, I reached out to them asking what the status of the refund was. After all, $18,500 is a lot of money. But, after 2-3 days, we didn't get any response from Flowers. We even tried reaching out directly to the owner, and can you guess what happened? That's right, nothing. Radio silence. And so after 3 months of delays, 48 days of silence after requesting a refund, and a lot of frustration, we decided to escalate matters and reach out to our credit card company to file a dispute. Our credit card company gave us a provisional credit of $18,500 and is looking into the matter as we speak. Folks, I know there are a lot of you out there who are owed money from this criminal company. If you paid with a credit card, you are legally protected by the Fair Credit Billing Act of 1974. Open a case and get your money back! Even if you didn't pay with a credit card, contact your bank and open a dispute! We work too hard for our money to have dishonest people steal from us.

There was no issue a month earlier when I ordered for my master bathroom. Andrew Gover should not be in a customer service roll. Once he makes a sale he avoids following up or providing any updates on your order. Teresa (a manager) is just like Andrew, no customer service skills at all! This time I dealt with Clint instead of the owner and he was fantastic and they still had the measurements! Clint quickly obtained the carpet after giving excellent advice. He juggled their schedule to meet my needs. The installer was fantastic and he also performed a carpet repair on another carpet that was almost magical. This is a great outfit.
