I was potty training my daughter while she attended daycare, and they worked with her throughout the day and helped with the process. They do a great job keeping parents updated throughout the day, and I love that you can even check in on your child through the cameras. They also focus on learning and development and keep you informed about what your child is learning. As a first-time daycare mom, I honestly couldn't be happier. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this daycare to other parents!

Lycee Montessori is truly a diamond in the rough, and I want to express my sincere appreciation for…read morethe open and effective communication we've experienced. It's clear that feedback is always mutually beneficial, leading to the best possible experience for my children. When I have had concerns, they have been typically addressed with thoughtfulness and care. If I feel there is an issue, the staff is quick to correct, and get to the root problem. The one area I could see for improvement would be around daily photo consistency. There are some days where the photos are flowing in, and others leaving us wondering what our children did for the day. It's nice to pair our conversations with them to photo proof. I would love to see more frequent daily photos so I can get a better, more consistent glimpse into my children's day and see their activities. I understand the staff is busy, and I want to emphasize that I'm looking for a smooth, efficient way to update this without it becoming an annoyance or a significant burden on their daily routine. The staff treated my children as if their voices needed to be silenced and was never allowed to voice when they were getting bulled by the non-minority there. My children were referred to in racial terms by other children there even went as far as my children being referred to as "Monkeys." When the staff was informed, they allowed that child still to attend this facility. The director did not try to offer relief but instead threatened to stop care for my children due to me speaking up and voicing my discomfort. I have really tried to resolve this but my voice of me and my children is being silenced. No longer will I put up with "blacked owned" business to silence my lips any longer. #standforjustice and #peace - Signed by a black family

I apologize in advance now about how long this review will most likely be slightly long…read more "This is why I LOVE Big Dreams Lil Wonders Christian Academy" In the beginning when all my children started at Big Dreams Lil Wonders Christian Academy my main concern was my special needs daughter Anais attending this facility and wondering if the staff members of this facility was able to accommodate her and her needs. WELL I was wrong because not only did the front office staff: Ms. Stewart & Ms.Maya made sure we felt welcomed and listen to ALL concerns, questions and thoughts I was having but they even made sure that they stayed very transparent and communicated with me and understanding my children and myself needs. When it came to the room she was aged to be she met Ms. Keisha and Since BEFORE my daughter Anais was even put in her class, Ms. Keisha has always shown patience, drive, empathy & most important UNDERSTANDING. When it came to Anais. A little back story about Anais is she is a 2 yr old Level 3 AUTISTIC child who is also partial deaf, she was also nonparticipating, immobile, introverted, nonverbal very shy, and timid child. A year and a month later; Anais speaks some words, participates, plays with other classmates and LOVES outside time with her classmates. Ms. Keisha has not only worked with her on developmental obstacles, learning appropriate age behavior skills but as well as performing in the class and working with her one on one; She also includes Anais in EVERYTHING the class does and makes her feel comfortable and confident to try the same things independently. I can't thank the staff enough for all they done for all my children but most importantly a huge special heartfelt thank you to Ms.Stewart & Ms.Keisha. Everyday that comes and it's time to drop off my children I no longer have that worry feeling inside or calling throughout the day checking to make sure she is ok. When it came to my youngest child Amira; Ms. Milagro ( aka abuela ) knocks it out park! Amira has been going since she was 4 weeks old and literally has grown up at this facility. Amira cries when it's time for Ms Milagro to leave for the day and walks in looking for her every morning. She not only understands Spanish, yet she also strives to do what her big sister does! Amira is learning colors, painting and more!!!! These three women are phenomenal and they know what they are doing! (Ms. Stewart, Ms. Keisha & last but most definitely not least Ms. Milagro) THANK YOU ALL. This is why I love and will recommend Big Dreams Lil Wonders Christian Academy to any/everyone.

While the business emphasizes that this incident occurred over four years ago, the passage of time…read moredoes not erase what happened to my child or the impact it had on our family. My daughter suffered a significant injury while under this daycare's care, including a large lump on her chin. What makes this even more troubling is that I was not properly informed about the injury when it happened. I only learned the extent of it later. After reviewing the available video footage and everything that followed, I remain convinced that the response did not match the seriousness of the situation. From my perspective, the footage showed my daughter being pushed and ending up injured. Regardless of the daycare's conclusions, a child was hurt while entrusted to their care. The business's response acknowledges that proper incident reporting procedures were not followed. That alone should concern any parent. When a child is injured, families deserve immediate communication, complete transparency, and meaningful accountability. A three-day suspension and additional training did not feel like an adequate response to an incident that resulted in a visible injury and emotional distress for my child. I removed her from the daycare immediately because I no longer felt confident in her safety there. This review is not about something that happened years ago. It is about how the situation was handled, the lack of accountability I experienced as a parent, and the lasting impact it had on my child. Parents place enormous trust in childcare providers. Once that trust is broken, it is not easily restored. I stand by my decision to leave and would not recommend this daycare.
