My daughter suffered a significant injury while under this daycare's care, including a large lump on her chin. What makes this even more troubling is that I was not properly informed about the injury when it happened. I only learned the extent of it later. After reviewing the available video footage and everything that followed, I remain convinced that the response did not match the seriousness of the situation. From my perspective, the footage showed my daughter being pushed and ending up injured. Regardless of the daycare's conclusions, a child was hurt while entrusted to their care. The business's response acknowledges that proper incident reporting procedures were not followed. That alone should concern any parent. When a child is injured, families deserve immediate communication, complete transparency, and meaningful accountability. A three-day suspension and additional training did not feel like an adequate response to an incident that resulted in a visible injury and emotional distress for my child. I removed her from the daycare immediately because I no longer felt confident in her safety there. This review is not about something that happened years ago. It is about how the situation was handled, the lack of accountability I experienced as a parent, and the lasting impact it had on my child. Parents place enormous trust in childcare providers. Once that trust is broken, it is not easily restored. I stand by my decision to leave and would not recommend this daycare.

When I have had concerns, they have been typically addressed with thoughtfulness and care. If I feel there is an issue, the staff is quick to correct, and get to the root problem. The one area I could see for improvement would be around daily photo consistency. There are some days where the photos are flowing in, and others leaving us wondering what our children did for the day. It's nice to pair our conversations with them to photo proof. I would love to see more frequent daily photos so I can get a better, more consistent glimpse into my children's day and see their activities. I understand the staff is busy, and I want to emphasize that I'm looking for a smooth, efficient way to update this without it becoming an annoyance or a significant burden on their daily routine. From the second you walk in you are greeted like family by Ms. Mimi, Ms. Justice and Ms. Allyssa. Every teacher knows my son's name and he loves them all, especially Ms. Irene who comes running to give him a hug everyday. My son was potty trained in no time at all with very few accidents which makes me feel comfortable that he is constantly monitored and cared for. He's speech is amazing, he can count in two languages, and is already reading and writing! When we pick him up from school he can't wait to tell us about all the fun he had with his friends and his teachers. They also have monthly events which are so much fun, like box car parades, Valentines Day parties, Easter egg hunts to name a few, which are a great opportunity to meet some of the other parents and share stories. From personal experience we as parents have always been treated like family, and the director, Ms. Allyssa, is always happy to go above and beyond to help us. The communication from the school is great, and I love getting the picture updates during the day. We normally get between 8 -12 photos and videos a day. We enrolled our son after a TERRIBLE experience at Primrose of Champions where we discovered that he wasn't being feed, and watched a teacher shove our then 13 month old to the ground. I shared the story with Ms. Allyssa and her fantastic team and they were so great about it. I sat in the reception for the first few days that he was enrolled and watched the camera in his classroom. I saw nothing but kindness and love showered on my baby, and that made my mommy heart so happy. If you want your kids to get a great education backed by love and support then this is a great option. We have chosen not to move to a new house because we refuse to take our son out of Prescolaire. Thank you Ms. Allyssa and staff for loving my boy as much as we do.

My 19 month old was coming home with bruises on his legs and on one…read moreoccasion in a 2 week period he ended up falling down outside and got a pepperoni sized bump near his eyebrow and nobody from the daycare called to inform me of this............I voiced my concerns to Tammy the director/ owner she then threw it on my by saying that "I wasn't adjusting to the daycare well". The next morning I called another daycare and I asked about availability and Tammy found out about it she then questioned me for inquiring about another daycare. She then told me that "sometimes it's just not a good fit" right after she offered me a check for my full registration fee and 2 full weeks of tuition so that I could leave the daycare. I removed my son from this no good daycare as I was in disbelief of what had just happened. I lost complete confidence and gained total disrespect for the management. I never would leave my son in the care of these people who showed no care for him by making it seem as if he was an inconvenience to them... a 19 month old baby. Then I was blamed for their negligence. On several occasions I'd walk into the toddler room to find my son crying and just left alone. Amanda in the front desk has no respect for the schoolers as she talks to them like a drill sergeant. DON'T take your kids here!

Everyone here is very attentive, responsive, mindful & caring. There is a "nanny cam" in all the rooms that's viewable on campus, the teachers & staff do a great job of keeping constant attendance, check-ins and activity logs (sometimes photos) are shared with parents thru a special app, and there seem to be excellent protocols in place for the children's safety & well being. (The one thing I wish they had is video cameras accessible to parents off-site. That would put me even more at ease.) We really love how Ms. Heyley treats the kids in her classroom like her own. She has such a big heart for what she does, and it shows. She often gives us one-on-one progress updates, and she goes over & beyond just being a teacher. Our daughter has learned so much from being in Ms. Heyley's class - from improving social skills, life skills, fun lessons & crafts, to writing and vocabulary. The Director, Ms. TK, has always been so approachable & responsive too. They run a great school here.
