Worst customer service I have ever seen at a dentist office. They care nothing about their patients and the place seems like a complete scam. I went to have a crown put back on October 31, 2025 that fell off 4 hours later. I called and was told they couldn't get me in to fix until November 10, 2025. On November 10, I get a call the doctor is out sick and they can't get me in until November 17th. This place will steal your money. read more

i need impacted wisdom teeth removed & all teeth pulled and dentures. it's a scary process so I've dragged my feet. It's also pricy. I was once brought in being told I wouldn't need anything down to get impressions done. Showed up and was told I needed half down. Missed work for this so I had to cancel. Reset much later bc I was closer to being ready for the process, money etc. I caLL and speak with Bethany who I'm told owns the place. She takes my info calls me back and says I'm approved for $1200 no interest on my dentures that I'll only need to pay interest on the surgical. she excitedly reiterated that I didn't need a dollar to come get impressions but based on how I choose to proceed with financing the surgery, there won't be a down payment but there is interest on that part. so I take a day off work, drive 30mins, to come in and get told "it's saying that you're not really approved for the interest free financing on your dentures or the surgery [the interest is 28%]. So when I asked why was I told the opposite and lead to take off work under false pretenses? Bethany responded "I can't help what your credit is, that's on you" loudly in front of an audience. my credit is 702 with supporting consistent income. THEN WHY DID YOU TELL ME I WAS APPROVED???? I wasn't told it was a prequalified thing or just a maybe. I was told that's what I'm approved for. Bethany berated me in front of staff & patients & was quite proud of herself for doing so. Disgusted that I ever gave that woman a dollar of my insurance money or a moment of my time. The most rude, unprofessional, arrogant, dishonest staff member I've dealt with. Who uses bait & switch approval tactics in dentistry?? It wasn't a maybe. She gave me months and terms and dollar amounts I was approved for. Who doesn't have a conscience about lying and people missing work hours? Bethany Alcott that's who. She cares more about trying to be the boss running things Than caring about people. There were several ways this could've been handled and I would've understood and proceeded as necessary. But to lie about an entire approval and have me miss work is shameful. read more

I was in a great deal of pain. I cracked my tooth all the way down. I was very fortunate that day. I did not have a dentist. Dr. Kim and his team welcomed me & went to work on me. It's not often you run across someone as passionate about what she does as Marissa. She is a registered dental assistant, and honestly I think she needs to go to Dental school to become a dentist. She is highly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. She is a student of her craft and will probably always be a student because she loves to learn. I see great things ahead of her. She should be a teacher in dental assistant school and workshops for those in her profession. Dr. Kim is a great man. He was very professional. He took the time to explain things to me in a way that I can understand. This doctor strives for excellence in all that he does. It's amazing how far technology has progressed. They can now scan your teeth and create a temporary bridge on site and is much more stable than the temporary flimsy crown I got 20 years ago in Florida. Marissa did a great job with color matching my teeth for the permanent bridge. I could not get over how real the new bridge looked. Dr. Kim did an outstanding job! As I've stated previously, it is amazing how far technology has progressed in the dental arts. This clinic is equipped with state of the art equipment. This place is worth your time and customer loyalty. Bethany, the office manager, has an outstanding team. They are very professional & courteous. I did not realize it, but I had really crappy insurance. I am in the process of getting better dental coverage from another insurance company. With my insurance company I felt like Charlie Brown trying to kick the football and Lucy being the insurance company. I was once a property and casualty insurance adjuster and also an agent. To my shame, I did not read the policy contract. I have had much better dental insurance in the past. I should've done my research. Priscilla, worked with me to develop a game plan to pay off what I owed. I felt like she was in my corner working for me passionately. Dr Vinea was a professional and made sure the prescription was at my pharmacy. Dr Eisenberg will give scripts in hand. The office is clean the pace is quick. The front office manager Hayley Hurst lacks professionalism and HIPPA knowledge. Due to the experience I had today I will not be returning for any future work. One of my family members had a tooth extracted. Evidently and in hindsight I realize that they wanted me to physically wait in their small waiting area (during Covid) while my relative had their tooth extraction. I decided that I would wait in my car. Then I thought it would only be a minute to get a coffee. As luck would have it I was called to come and pick them up. Instructed to pull in the back next to trash which I did. She called me at 11:23 and I arrived at 11:27 I am actually still waiting for her to come out and it's now a half hour later. Their office manager comes directly out without any greeting and says to me their will be an additional change for me "leaving" while she had the procedure (I was in the car) Also, she doesn't know what the charge is!?? This nominal standard cost she doesn't know! It's so regular she does know! So anyone reading this review beware! They also violated HIPPA policy and tried to bully a young person, which I have reported! read more

Stop! Do not go to this office! I'm here from out of town and had a front tooth with a cap snap off. When I called they said they could fix it the same day, yet when I got there they told me they didn't have anyone that could do a root canal or implant. The so called dentist glued my tooth back on (crooked), but it didn't last one day. He didn't even have an assistant in the room with him. He dropped the tooth down my throat and I had to cough it back up. His comment was "sorry about that, are you ok?" FYI, I never leave bad reviews, but I think this is one that needs to be done! Let me start of by saying I am completely terrified and dread going to the dentist from having so many terrible experiences. As soon as I walked into this place, I got nothing but reassurance and kindness. I didn't hate being here at all, like I usually do at many other dentists I've been to. I didn't feel nervous or ashamed. They didn't criticize me for not seeing a dentist in 3 years, because they understand things happen and life is hectic. They explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me great advice. I had Melissa McAllester as my Hygienist and Tapuwa Chilowore as my Dentist and they were both incredible. Neither of them dug hard into my gums and did not cause pain like I've had in the past. Highly recommend them!! read more

I would rate a 00000 or minus in this category if it would let me.... my elderly 81 year old mother went to this place for a new denture, not only did they not give her the denture, but they lost her dentures! After almost going on 4 months she has asked and asked , she is a frail 81 year old lady, they refused to help her nor give her the money back! If anyone decides to go to this place it is not in your best interest,, not only are they rude but they are thieves. Please do not allow your elderly mother or father to go or be seen by these people. They took money from an elderly woman, did not do the service needed, and basically starved this older woman by not providing the paid services, and lied to her face! After going on months no resolve, I'm contacting the BBB, and license commision on these thieves and liars. Please do not go there! Bad mistake of you do! I love this place. I am 62 years old and have never been treated so professional and kind. Everyone there is marvelous. Bethany greets you with this beautiful smile. She explains your cost and works with you so your cost is manageable. I had two root canals and Dr C. is the best. Plus he is a perfectionist. I liked that about him. I had my teeth cleaned by Melissa and she was wonderful. Plus there is no waiting. I have my appointment time. I am waited on in that time. No sitting and waiting.
