I was not aware of that and, only after he completed the restoration I saw the crown shade significantly mismatched my tooth color. I immediately informed him about it. He brought my shade sample, and we saw the crown did not match my shade sample. He admitted his mistake, and - to correct the color - he suggested replacing the crown with a full crown. That would require removing more of my tooth structure and shortening my tooth's life. I wanted the most conservative restoration, and, therefore, I declined such a solution for correcting the wrong color. After I asked him for a refund for the color mismatch, he called my request unreasonable and changed the story. He said the color mismatch was caused by my natural teeth color. He added that it cannot be seen since it is a side tooth. However, it is visible. I did not receive what I paid for. He added that he spent too much time on my appointments. It seemed he was more interested in sharing the appointment time between multiple patients than ensuring he delivered the exact product he was paid for.
