I visited my dad here 5 years ago. The place was clean and there were no odors.

I genuinely look forward to every visit at this specific medical facility--something I never…read morethought I'd say about a doctor's office. The front desk staff--Lydia and Laurel--are incredibly kind and welcoming. They are never cold or perfunctory. Every time I arrive, they greet me by name with a big smile, which immediately sets a positive tone for my visit. Once I'm in the back, Ana, the medical assistant, shows the same level of care and attentiveness. As she prepares me for the doctor's arrival, she engages with me in such a warm and thoughtful way. She has a way of making me feel like an old friend while still maintaining complete professionalism. Every visit, they are attentive to my needs and extremely proficient in their roles. The consistent VIP-level care I receive really stands out. Honestly, I shouldn't be surprised--it clearly reflects Dr. Park's exemplary knowledge, care, and bedside manner. As a podiatrist, she resolved the foot issues that originally brought me to her, and I'm extremely grateful for the care I've received--exactly the expert care I needed. Leadership like that creates an environment where patients feel genuinely valued. Ana, Lydia, Laurel, and of course Dr. Park are exactly the kind of people the world needs more of. This team sets the standard for what patient care should feel like--I leave every visit feeling cared for, respected, and genuinely valued.

The doctor was great. The support staff is the worst I've EVER experienced in my life. My exam…read morewas done on 11/6/25 by Dr. Alianello. It was a very pleasant experience. After receiving the Dr. bill, 12/3/25, I called assuming the orthotics would be available soon. I was told that when I didn't respond to a phone message, that I never received, I would now have to wait until 2026, because no further orders would be made because of the upcoming holiday's, which was 3 weeks away. That made no sense. I've made several calls asking for some clarification and no body has returned my call. I tried again today, 1/8/26. The answering service sent a message for someone to return my call. Absolutely the worst medical support services.

Came in from out of town! Procedure was quick and a few months post op and results are amazing!…read moreWould recommend!

My initial experience with Dr. Keyes was good, the procedures are easy and the healing time…read moreminimal. Fast forward a couple years later though and the results of the procedure are devastating. Cosmetic foot surgery is not cheap and my goal was to feel confident wearing open toed shoes. My second toe was quite a bit longer than my first toe and I had developed corns from my long toes rubbing on shoes over the years. I had my second and third toes on both of my feet shortened as well as corns removed. The second toes where cut at the main knuckle to be shortened and the third toes were cut on the knuckle closer to the toenail. The length is now great and all 4 toes are shorter, however, My second toe has a definite bend where it was cut, is turning away from the big toe and curls completely under to the point where I step on my toenail. I have sought second and third opinions and each doctor has told me that this is the direct result of the doctor cutting at the main knuckle of the long toe instead of the smaller knuckle that is closer to the toe nail. When I reached out to doctor Keyes he said it had nothing to do with the surgery and must have been due to the way I was taping my toes after the surgery. Which he, himself showed me to do when I started to see early signs of the toes not being straight. He did not even offer me a free consultation in the office as he wanted another charged office visit to consult on the results I had. He was happy to do an email consult and offered me to set up another series of chargeable visits to discuss how I could pay for him to correct the issues I as having as a result of the toe shortening surgery he performed. I have since had two "free" consultations from other Podiatrists that perform toe shortening procedures and both advised me that the results I have are indeed a direct result of where Dr. Keyes cut the toe to shorten it. Because of his total lack of accountability and willingness to help fix the botched results I will be forced to file a malpractice suit. Please go elsewhere if you are considering toe shortening procedures.
