You can hear everything through the walls as they are paper thin, even a cough from your neighbor sounds like they're standing in your living room. The management office is unbelievably rude, especially the AA woman. My dishwasher flooded and the water was up to my ankles, trying to get maintenance out to your apartment is a joke. If you complain to management they start doing spiteful things such as sending packages away, even going as far as writing up false noise complaints. The reason I know they're false is because the complaints didn't start until 3 years after I lived there and my neighbors assured me that they never complained or heard any noise (outside of standard living) coming from my apartment. There isn't many up to date rental properties in highland but I promise this place is NOT worth it.

As a driver me and every other African American driver working at this location experience unequal treatment how our routes are built and how the white veteran routes are built. I over heard one veteran call it Modern Day Slavery which is horrible. it's literally in the paper work all investigations have to do is look into how each employee is treated as far as drivers and warehouse workers.. 1000% Every black person in the facility will have a story to tell how they've had an experience relating to racism or inequality. This location needs to be deeply investigated and reformed. I Love my job but the people here that's in charge will smile in your face and stab you once you turn your back. All veteran drivers are white there are no black drivers with seniority because they do us wrong we talk to each other daily about everything going on and it's sucks to work for such a major company with no respect shown for the hard work we do and perform
