PEPSI IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I don't know who they have running there delivery services but I'm pretty sure a toddler could do a better job. We have had them for 5 years now and every single week i have to call about my order and asking where it's at. It gets delayed every single week and they just keep saying it'll be delivered the next day. It'll be delivered the next day. It'll be delivered the next day then that turns into me having to re-order it for the next week.. it's happening over and over and over again. And somehow you can't get a hold of anybody because they all work from home and they get to call you back whenever they want to? You can't even call the Munster location nobody answers. I actually don't think anybody works there. I call for bag in the boxes and get told they're always out. How are you out of Pepsi??? Absolutely unacceptable. Pepsi Munster Is full of racist, they only hire blacks to keep their statistics even but they literally set u up to fail and make it look like you can't perform the job duties.. As a driver me and every other African American driver working at this location experience unequal treatment how our routes are built and how the white veteran routes are built. I over heard one veteran call it Modern Day Slavery which is horrible. it's literally in the paper work all investigations have to do is look into how each employee is treated as far as drivers and warehouse workers.. 1000% Every black person in the facility will have a story to tell how they've had an experience relating to racism or inequality. This location needs to be deeply investigated and reformed. I Love my job but the people here that's in charge will smile in your face and stab you once you turn your back. All veteran drivers are white there are no black drivers with seniority because they do us wrong we talk to each other daily about everything going on and it's sucks to work for such a major company with no respect shown for the hard work we do and perform read more

Pepsi Cola General Bottlers - Munster, Indiana

Pepsi in Munster is beyond falling apart. they have rats and other rodents all throughout their warehouse in Munster very poor practices in housekeeping, all of their shells and containers that go out to stores sit outside exposed all year long. it's a dreadful place to work and for all of the sugary beverages they make that are killing most anyways I believe they should be shut down. Atleast the Munster facility. I have tons of videos as evidence of this putrid place and all of the accidents that happen that they bandage up and STILL SELL to the PUBLIC. I do not and will not ever recvo any product of Pepsi or Aquafina or refer anyone to work there like I did. read more

The Munster Pepsi plant is pretty awesome. Very clean, damn near spotless actually. Our company was hired to do some masonry repairs in both the canning/bottling area as well as the reclaiming/loading areas. While working in the bottling/canning rooms the plant completely shut down, they lost production for the day but, they wanted to ensure no product even had a chance to be contaminated. Along with the plant shut down, there were numerous other health and safety steps they had us take to limit foreign object/debris form making its way onto the production lines. Plant managers were extremely concerned with the quality of their products and facility cleanliness. That speaks volumes, especially since most larger companies seem to only look at their income and production. Pepsi also has a reclamation area where broken or damaged cases of pop get dismantled, sorted, washed and repacked. Reducing the amount of waste going into landfills and saving themselves a bit of money as well in lost product. A win win for the environment as well as their coffers. The main thing that really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the entire plant. Pepsi employees, they were very well kempt, and always cleaning their respective Area of Operation. While it wasn't 100% spotless, it was damn close. Hopefully other Pepsi plants are this clean. At least I know any Pepsi product I get between the states of Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin are gonna be from this facility and made with care and pride.
