Despite being short staffed and it being a holiday, the pharmacy staff went above and beyond to fill my inhaler prescription today, so I didn't have to wait. I didn't realize how bad my breathing had become until I attempted the normally 5 minute walk to the store! One dose and I'm already breathing better. So, thank you. Shoppers Pharmacy at Uptown Shopping Centre…read more This store is the worst that I've ever been to. I was getting my prescriptions from this store since early 2022. Their attention to their clients is abhorrent to say the least. They don't acknowledge when customers approach the service counter even when they are having a casual conversation with their colleagues. As though their unprofessional behaviour is not enough, I was verbally assaulted on the evening of December 14 by a person who claimed to be a manager. On December 15, I called the store to speak with an owner/manager/Pharmacist. However, my request was indirectly refused by putting me on hold for a longtime. As a result, I hang up the phon and transferred my prescription to another store to see if I could get the service that I need with respect. I also called their head office. However, no one was available to take my call. I would strongly encourage everyone no to access any service from this store.

It's like a little mini Sephora. IN A DRUG STORE. Had wonderful service there returning a product from another location. One of the girls who was working today hooked me up with something more suitable. And it was 20x Optimum Points day today. I'm loving their rewards card. I find Uptown to be a generally obnoxious place to visit, but I think I'll be back to this Shopper's location.

It is so refreshing to pick up my prescriptions within 10 minutes rather than being told that I must return within an hour like the one I was previously using.
