When you contact them (ran by husband and wife) you get a response from either of them. Christina is in charge of graphics and Francisco is in charge of contracts and logistics. They were able to create the strip design that I wanted as well. After the wedding I wanted to a copy of every single photo strip bc I accidentally washed mine in the washer machine. Oops. But they were able to accommodate my request. I paid a fee and prints were shipped immediately!! Now I have the prints displayed in our living room I would give 5 star, however I did have to email them several times to get a mock up of my strip design started. I know it was busy season. They emailed me several times asking what design I wanted but would get no response after sending details of my design. Still would recommend them tho!!

There was a line for the photobooth the entire night. His booth is super kitschy, yet discreet and inviting - beats the hell out of a big backdrop and lighting display that often comes with a "photo booth" offered by a photographer. And his price is so competitive! The photo strips also provided a incredibly special keepsake for our guests. My husband and I have a CD of all the photo strips and several printed copies that guests left for us, and they're one of our most prized momentos from the day. I would highly recommend working with Matthew for a wedding or any other event, you will not regret it.

Best, Matthew This was received from the new owners via email: Hey Matt, I just got off the phone with Brandy and she is super cool. She has diligently been trying to track us down and I let her know that she caught us right in the middle of transition. Brandy is a huge fan of photo booths and loves what we are doing. However, she was bummed that she swiped her card twice and never got any pictures taken. I told her that we would help her out and that we'll work on servicing those machines. After our wedding, we received a disc with digital copies of all of the photos our guests took. Priceless! It was incredibly embarrassing to see my guests photo strips only to see the name Adrian! Who is Adrian?!? It's was our wedding and I looked forward to people having a keepsake but instead my guest got photos with someone else's name. Once we told the person operating it, she had to cut the ends off each and every photo taking up time that should of been spent allowing other guests to take photos . I am not sure how she didn't realize that this is clearly not Adrians party and a wedding. Common sense much? Not to mention she arrived late and left early. Either way it should of been a red flag in the very beginning when the communication was just terrible with the company.
