I called customer service and spoke to someone named Funi; she needed to know the date in order to put the report in, but she was scoffing at me ("psssh") because I didn't know the exact date they stopped delivering (I said around a month ago) and then she said "well, you do know you only have Wed-Fri and Sunday, right?" just generally being condescending and rude. Then I asked if someone would call and follow up with me about the paper, she just said that I'll know when I see the paper on my driveway again. Yeah, great, thanks. Then after I hung up I realized that I hadn't asked if I would be credited back the money in my account for the missing papers. I called back and spoke to someone named Jodell and she was super nice! She's the reason this review is a 3 and not a 1. She patiently and thoroughly explained the answer to my question and then without any prompting said she would check on my account within two weeks and confirmed my phone number because she is planning to give me a call just to check to see if I got the paper again. The topics are usually interesting and I would participate weekly if I could! Within a few days of completing the two hour session you receive another email with directions to claim your gift card.
