We fell in love with the staff immediately after touring and joined that day back in March or so. It's been worth every penny to have a place for my husband to take our daughter during the week and get out of the house as he stays at home with her while I work. The staff truly loves children and wants them to grow and learn. They have so many activities to choose from for the older children and make every event as fun as it can be. The only reason I didn't give a five star is because currently my child is struggling with developmental delays and their class options do not allow her to continue to stay in the baby area to still learn more because of her age and that she's walking, but she's too small and not prepared for the next level they have. Just wish there was an area for those in between stages We love this place. The crazy, over exaggerating mother talking about the bathrooms not being safe needs to re-evaluate her score. First off, 1 stars are meant for extremely bad experiences, which she totally did not seem to have. Secondly, you should always accompany your child to a restroom or at least be close by no matter where you are. And lastly, although there is never any guarantee that there won't be another parent that could come into the facility that could hurt your child, almost every one of these parents we've met over the last year choose to bring their children because it's a safe environment and only want the best for their own kids... Most likely they won't have an urge to hurt others. Anyway, enough of that rant. We love bringing our daughter to o2b and she truly enjoys being there. We actually have fun at Morning Magic ourselves with the music and interaction from the team. read more

I will admit I was nervous about sending my son to such a big facility but it has been an amazing experience. He had some anxiety the first few weeks and Ms.Kay figured out what worked best for him and was able to calm him anytime he began getting upset. He has since settled in very well and absolutely loves going to school as he calls it. He adores his teachers especially Ms. Mari he raves about her on a daily basis she has also been amazing with helping him potty train. read more

I should have read some reviews before planning.... The staff and party leaders are super friendly and cooperative There were no games, although we chose the party package which had games. It seems that the lady who books the parties is not completely familiar with packages. The balloons on tables in party room came very late ( after guests were in), and only covered 3 of 4 tables They are setting up and cleaning up the whole party room which was great, just at the end we are missing a few things in our bags that might have been thrown out but was my LO's favourit toys which were used as cake topper read more

I could not be happier with our daycare situation thanks to O2B! I had so much anxiety about sending my baby to daycare, but within 2 weeks she went from a nervous little baby to absolutely lighting up when she sees her teachers! Every day when I pick her up she is either taking a great nap in her crib (a huge sign of comfort that she's so easily sleeping in a new place) or playing on the carpet with the other babies and teachers. I wanted to take a moment to leave a comment of our experience at O2B Kids Supercenter. As the next school year approaches and some of your children may be starting in preschool soon, I know cost is a factor when deciding on where to send your children. It was for us with our first child 10 years ago. When our oldest was about one year old and we sent him to preschool for the first time, it was to a center based around the weekly cost. After less than two months, several complaints and horrific safety concerns later, we enrolled him to O2B Kids. Tuition is a constant conversation for parents; however, I firmly believe that the value provided by O2B Kids Supercenter far outweighs the financial investment. I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible experience my youngest son has had at O2B Kids Supercenter. From the moment we moved him to this center, we knew we had made the right choice. The teachers are not just educators; they are thoughtful, caring, kind, empathetic, and structured individuals who truly go above and beyond for their students. One of the first things that struck me when we toured the Supercenter was the vibrant atmosphere. The place is full of life, love, colors, art, and laughter, creating an environment where children feel safe, comfortable, and eager to learn. The staff is simply unbelievable in their dedication to every child's development. Every staff member knows your children and you by name. They warmly greet you at drop-off and pick-up and are always organized, even at the busiest times of day. Under the guidance of the amazing director, JB, the Supercenter is a warm and inclusive setting that encourages children to express themselves, make friends, and develop valuable life skills. Her dedication to the kids and staff are truly commendable. The staff is respectful and responsive and truly take care of the campus. Teachers decorate the windows of the classrooms with a theme they are focusing on or holiday we're celebrating. The classroom walls are full of the children's artwork and projects they have been focused on. From growing plants, storytelling in an igloo, to international night around the campus, there is always something engaging, education and remarkable happening. The teachers at O2B Kids Supercenter not only teach academic skills but also foster important social and emotional growth. My son has experienced a remarkable transformation. When he moved to this center, we were receiving incident reports almost daily. He would act out in rage at school, refuse to do center work or any structured learning activity. Because of his teachers at the Supercenter - their love, support, guidance and the consistency of structure - he has grown greatly. He is kindergarten ready. Outside of the major positive behavior changes and growth, his academic improvements are jaw-dropping. When he joined the Supercenter, our son was testing below average for grade level and then less than a year later, he tested at Above Average for grade level and in some areas testing into first grade. We couldn't be more grateful to the Supercenter, his teachers, staff and everyone who cared and nurtured his growth! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I had to withdraw my 1.5 year old son due to repeating biting incidents, he was bitten 3 times in the SAME WEEK the last one penetrating his skin and leaving a mark behind. The entire management team is a JOKE starting from Regional Manager Cassie, Director under her Shannon and last but not least Bree. I addressed the incidents as best I could and In the end nothing was done. After the last incident I had enough he was bitten yet again for the 4th time that following week at 10:45 AM and I wasn't notified until I picked him up at 4:45PM! how is it that 6+ hrs passed in the day and no one had the courtesy to call me and when asked, All they said was we can't disclose that! They are always understaffed taking more children in that they can handle. I strongly advise if your looking for a place that will ensure your children safety THIS PLACE IS NOT IT! read more

I posted a review on here but it was removed. So I'm writing it again because it's true and important for every parent to know. Everything I'm about to say is nothing new to the company. They know exactly how I feel and what I've experienced. I've had multiple conversations with multiple people from the corporate office and I have nothing more to say to them. My child was at O2b from infancy until she was just under 3 years old. I was also an employee at O2b for 10 years. I worked at every location in Gainesville, Alachua, and helped briefly at the Altamonte Springs center. I worked in the preschool side, after school side, and program calendar side. I led and managed classrooms, departments, trained many many teachers, and most importantly I was a PARENT. I received multiple awards at our annual, company wide awards ceremony called "The Odee's," and much much more. I have extensive knowledge on how this company works, treats its customers, and employees. To sum it up, everything I'm about to say, I have witnessed personally. These are not rumors or gossip. This is my personal and direct experience with this company. It's important to know my full background with this company as a parent AND employee in order to give a complete and accurate review of this company from a customer's point of view. They are not good. They have an unspoken policy of lying to the parents, kids, and staff. They manipulate and gaslight their customers and teachers. They have allowed registered S.O. to be in the building. One of them assaulted a teacher in my department right in front of her class and they immediately took actions to help him and not the teacher but never notified the parents of the kids in the class. I took her to the police station myself on our day off. I have video (cellphone footage of a security camera recording) of her being intimidated. I have diagnosed PTSD from how I was treated there. I have nightmares. They really mess with your head, it's cult-like, in my opinion. The actual teachers in the classrooms are mostly amazing. The ones who want this as a career. However, many teachers/parents only work there to pay for their kid's O2b tuition or they think it will be an easy job. Many paychecks end up only being a few dollars after they take the tuition... Literally only a few dollars. They have a very high turnover rate with regards to classroom teachers. The average classroom environment is stressful and chaotic. Kids get shuffled from class to class to keep teachers in ratio. My daughter hated having to do that. She was so little in a class full of much bigger kids with no warning or consistency. They don't provide the quality of care and education they claim to. They can't. The teachers are overworked and underpaid, most of the time trying to make it day by day in there. The intentions are not malicious on the part of the teacher's... They are just too tired, they feel trapped, or they are waiting to find a better job. One Director told me once that a young college student who was working in my classroom was pregnant (yes they talk about staff's medical issues with no regard for privacy.) She then said with a laugh, "She's a 'lifer' now!" I heard these words with my ears from their mouth. Don't trust them. Go somewhere you can check on the cameras from anywhere at any time and have audio. This place made me feel like I could never trust a childcare center again. read more

O2B kids Midtown location. More of a FYI than an actual complaint. Back in March or April can't remember exact date my wife and I went to o2b kids midtown to get information about after care. We were weighing options for August term. They told us we could pre register him for 50.00 and that would hold his spot at which time we could cancel at any time. What they did not tel us is that the cancelation fee is non refundable. I would have signed up anyway if I had known or signed anything stating this but I was not/ Did not. I understand how business works I understand that many places have a cancelation fee. What I don't understand is not being informed in anyway. When we called today to cancel as he won't need aftercare a very emotionless man/ "Fun councilor " said basically it is what it is. They are currently on a wait. School has not started. Someone else will take his spot well before the school year starts so they aren't out anything. Like I said it's not really about the money because I would have held a spot regardless. It's the fact that we were not informed and swayed to believe otherwise. Also like I said they aren't on a wait so. Just wanted to inform other prospective parents what they won't tell you. A great place for our daughter to enjoy new experiences, take ballet, experiment with science/chemistry and learn about 3D Art. But, most of all just be a kid while interacting with other kids of varying ages. The staff here is wonderful with the kids and the kids love them! I am grateful for the opportunity to be a member of O2B Kids, because it gives the whole family new and exciting ways to interact as well. read more

My daughter came to Gainesville two months ago. She does not have any English foundation. Before entering o2b, we were full of fear, worried that she could not adapt well. The teachers and kids here are very concerned about her. She is happy in o2b and all the teachers there take good care of her. My daughter often tells us that she thinks o2b is the best school all over the world. read more

I like O2Bs (the SuperCenter), I signed my daughter up fit the Morning Magic program (tues-Thursday& sat), making her an "O2B Member" for just $18/week! Meaning she can come any time all week for $19.32/wk--with tax. & u can join them up for any classes free of charge . Staff is also very friendly for most part :). read more

Every spokesperson I have spoken to on the phone have contradicted one another on the facts that they have given me about this location as well at the location at Archer. From phone operators and supervisors that I have spoken with, they have directed me back and forth on the phone pointing at different o2b locations that didn't know how to handle the situation I was speaking to them about. read more

We had our son's 5th birthday party here. It was amazing! They communicated all of the details with us before the party. On the day of we had 2 party leaders - Isaac & Tish- they went above & beyond to make it special! They decorated the party room, led the activities & served everyone. They had little favors & balloons for each kid, which was unexpected. The kids were able to stay as long as they wanted to play afterwards. Highly recommend for a birthday party venue! read more

O2B Kids has been a wonderful place for our daughters grow, learn and gain lots of new skills. They both started the Preschool on Newberry Rd when they were a year old and graduated from the preschool. it was a great experience and they were more than ready for Kindergarten! Once they started elementary school, they joined the O2B Kids Afterschool program. They loved the field trips and the assortment of classes while I loved the homework help and late pick up times that were available when needed. My oldest daughter was a part of the Fusion Dance Team who traveled the state of Florida and even won several National competitions. I am so thankful my children had the opportunity to participate in a program like O2B Kids! read more

First I want to say that their facility is absolutely beautiful and such a wonderful place to have your child HOWEVER!!!!! I wrote a low rating because of their lack of bathroom safety. Any adult is allowed to enter into the bathrooms with all the children (their own child or YOURS) at any time without the direct supervision from anyone there. I voiced my concerns over this very serious safety issue yet they will not budge. I spoke with both the facility manager and their corporate office and although they realize this IS a safety concern they will NOT change anything about it. All they told me was they will be having more "training" for their staff to randomly monitor these bathrooms. Recently in Jacksonville FL two boys ages 6 and 7 entered a McDonalds bathroom thinking they would be ok to go in and out and within minutes the 6 yr old boy was raped in one of the stalls with his parents right outside. O2Bkids realizes this can happen yet WILL NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES. The reasons for that from "Michael" was 1. "they want their facility to feel like a community" 2. "it sounded like I needed to have a stranger danger talk with my son" (as if thats going to stop a grown man from overpowering him in a stall) These were pathetic reasons to give a very concerned parent.This is SUCH a failure by O2Bkids and it's an outrage to me as a parent. Such a beautiful and wonderful place yet they will not lock down these bathrooms and make sure the adults only go in with THEIR children and WHY???? Because of the hassle of doing so? Because it will take money to do? Because they dont want to put forward the effort???? I really am clueless as to how they could decide to ignore this issue. read more

My family has been a loyal member of 02B kids for the past 4 years. Both of my children were very happy there. The issue I had was that my pre-school teacher decided it was ok to exchange contact information with my husband to "watch my child" when I was out of town. Fast forward a few months and this teach was having an affair with my husband. I brought this to the attention of superiors and HR. They exchanged numbers at the facility, and then the teacher was sending my husband updates daily on my child's activity, but not to myself?? How inappropriate!!! It is completely mind-boggling to think that it's ok to have a relationship with a married parent when you are an employee. This individual is still employed, and the manager's words to me were "well he's safe here" SAFE!!! My family is now destroyed because O2B kids fail to educate their employees on appropriate behavior and correspondence between parents and teachers. Extremely unprofessional. read more

The most IRRESPONSIBLE, DANGEROUS, NEGLIGENT and the WORST daycare I have EVER seen in my life. If you want SAFETY for your kids DO NOT even think about this daycare. My colleague changed this daycare just after one week and I would have done the same. My son had an accident in a water slide last week and had a 1 inch cut under his eye. Still swollen a week later and of course permanent scar for whole life. This slide was definitely not conforming to the security standards. Mrs. Patti apologized and told us that they decided to no longer use this slide. When we asked the staff who was the supervisor of this slide we realized the slide was not supervised. That is why another child went down with his foot on my child's face. The doctor glued the cut and ADVISED FIRMELY that he should not have any other bump the week after to prevent the cut from reopening. Even I had paid the summer camp for one week my son did not go the days they had risky activities. I ASKED CLEARLY o2bkids to keep my son away from any physical activity for the rest of the week. And guess what happened today Mrs. Patti kindly called me to let me know that my son had another accident in an slide!!!! Is it SERIOUS?? Haven't I clearly asked no physical activity? And he goes in the slide another time!!!! Do we pay to have this kind of negligence? If you want to be STRESSED every minute of the day your child is in daycare 02B is the BEST CHOICE. This is not the only story. We signed several incident reports for this daycare in 11 months! My daughter is 4 years old and in the same daycare and another day when I went to take her home, she ran toward me showing me her hands all burned and told me that she had very pain and she asked me ice. She told me that we burned her hand in the monkey bar and she already informed her teacher. Do the teacher at least put some ice on her hand?? NOOO. They are busy. I wanted to sit and cry that day. Other time I go and It was just enough to look at the face of my daughter to understand that she has very high fever and God knows how many hours she was like that. When I touched her she was burning. She told me I am sorry I did not noticed. Is it safe for a 4 years old child to stay with high fever whole day?? A daycare like this should be CLOSED as soon as possible for the safety of the children. I chose this daycare based on the nice yard pictures and other activities that they suggest but I DEFINITIVELY REGRET my choice. Better to do not have nice yard and ballet class but provide safety and more attention! read more

My kids LOVE O2B kids. I only rate it 3 stars because while great in theory, things don't run as planned. My kids rarely made it to their scheduled classes because counselors didn't tell them to go (part of their job). Bullying was getting out of hand without counselors doing anything. My daughter was punched in the face one day and said after telling the counselor nothing was done about. She said, "I don't think she cared, Mommy." This broke my heart enough to reconsider taking them elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, a handful of counselors are good and I still take my kids there for Friday PNO, but I want my kids to feel valued by all who work there not just a few. Great facility but they need to hire better people who actually care about the kids rather than sitting on their phones and chatting with other counselors while the kids run wild all afternoon. i see all reviews are coming from parents. i'm 13, and i went to O2B for two years before many nights crying to my mom asking to not go. since I've used sitters afterschool. I'm very unsure of how many people realize how they deal with issues related to bullying. it's disgusting once your parents leave. if you don't know anyone, i didn't try to make friends. most of the other kids there were kindergarten age, but while I went I was in 3rd grade and 4th. I was really shy at this age and I would literally pace the building for hours before my mom came at 5PM to pick me up. even my sister, who is a big extrovert, spent most of her time either hiding or crying in the bathrooms because she, being two years younger than me, got a lot of bullies on her from being so outgoing and expressing. DO NOT send your kids here. as being a kid, this is possibly the worst punishment I could be given, and the staff is very bad. they don't keep track of anyone and they seem to be careless about the kids there, as well as when I was bullied myself they talked to the girl who was bullying me. she kept doing it, and at this point we were talking to the manager and even she was acting like she was doing all she could. the fact I was being bullied this badly was just terrible at the fact they couldn't kick her out of the afterschool program. it kept going and she didn't stop, and I left and never went back again. please don't send your kids here, as being a kid, it's the most terrible childhood memory I hold. read more
