We were not called when these things happened during the day but he needed wipes and they called like telemarketers! The last straw was when I picked my child up and he was crying, when I took a good look at him, he had a black eye forming and his face was swelling! When I asked what happened, not 1 of the 3 teachers in the classroom could tell me what happened. Asked the Director Ms. James (RUDE, HATES HER JOB) she said she would ask her teachers, needless to say that was his last day. Filed a report with DHR!

This daycare is well diverse, which was key in our daycare search. Security protocols are enforced, we feel as though our children are safe. Give them a call, it was a great decision for us!

After not answering our calls (which is normal for them) we had to go up there just for them to lie saying we owe them and refuse to give us our money back. Communication is the worst too, my baby got hfmd here and I told them about it and they decided they didn't care and wouldn't notify any of the other parents. That was after calling the place a million times. They didn't tell any of the other parents until all of the babies had it.
