DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!! My son went to this daycare for a week and it was the worst…read moreexperience ever. The teacher was so rude and unprofessional. She did nothing to try to connect with my child. My son would cry because he wasn't comfortable there. Then they would call me to come pick him up. How you work at a daycare and don't know how to deal with a crying baby? I tired to set up a meeting so we can handle the issues we where having but to no avail. They would not answer the phone. I left numerous messages and no one got back to me. I know if they where ignoring me as a parent, I can only imagine how they where treating my child. They are not attentive at all, my son came home soaking wet. He had on the same pull up I put on him that morning. Overall I had a horrible experience with them. I thought because it was a church daycare that my child would be in good hands. Boy was I wrong.

Before our son was born, my wife and I were looking around for daycare options. KLA was the only…read moreoption that met our criteria. We were really excited about the Reggio Emilia approach. We love the staff here and so does our son. The new director also has a daughter in the same class as our son so we know that leadership has a vested interest in providing the best possible environment for our children. I'm not sure how the price compares to other daycares in the area, but we are very happy with the ratio of children to teachers as well as the level of attention that our son gets so the price feels very worth it. We love this school and we recommend it to anyone who wants a daycare that allows kids to be kids and learn through curiosity and experiences rather than sitting in front of a screen and watching brain rot all day or sitting in a desk for school prep.

Not Worth the Money or the Stress…read more This school is absolutely not worth the amount of money parents are required to pay. You're expected to pay in full every month, even for the days your child isn't present -- and for what? The money clearly isn't being reinvested into the school. A simple walk through the building will reveal multiple violations and things that are clearly out of code. The administrative team is disorganized and full of drama, making it nearly impossible for them to effectively do their jobs. The teacher turnover rate is terrible -- there's constantly someone new watching the children. Even worse, it's clear that administration struggles to find qualified staff, so they often settle for people who are underqualified and unfit to care for children. If you have a concern, don't expect to get real help. You'll either get the runaround or -- worse -- get cursed out by the director, Mrs. Lang. I, have seen multiple parents on the receiving end of this unprofessional behavior. Enough is enough.

The director put our 4 yr old son in time out for hours at a time saying that he was not being compliant while I could see him sitting peacefully in the toddler room on the video feed. If I could give this daycare negative stars, then I would. Since starting at this daycare, I have…read morerun into nothing but problems with the "owner" Paulette. The owner is a liar, she is a crook and she is not fit to run any type of business. When I started at this daycare in Sept 2017, she attempted to charge me an out of pocket expense although my nephews CMA covered his weekly cost. After I told her that I would just find a daycare that covered his CMA cost because of the "out of pocket" expense, the weekly fee magically went away and was never addressed again. On several occasions, she manipulated and flat out lied about several situations that could have been avoided. Two of the situations that sticks out like a sore thumb (out of all incidents) is that she stated that CMA could not be used at different facilities when it most definitely can. (If multiple children are under one case then they are not tied to just one facility). The incident that made me write this review to warn EVERYONE about this "business" is that after I dropped my nephew off today (4/10/18), she stated that he had been "withdrawn" and that she wasn't going to service him anymore (although his CMA was still active at her daycare). She proceeded to call DHR to have my nephew picked up because no one (myself nor his father) was aware that he had been offically unenrolled. This was in retaliation to me reporting her to the Montgomery office because of fraud that she does at the daycare. (She keeps the CMA cards although she isn't suppose to have them and runs the cards whether the children are present or not to get the payment) I warn you now, she gossips, she is very unprofessional and she will play people against one another in order to "try" to keep her nose clean. Anytime it got back to me about something the "owner" said that did not sit well with me, I addressed her properly. I never cussed at her, there may have been a slight attitude (I felt entitled to have one based on the circumstances) and when I presented all facts to her, I was only met with confused looks and blatant lies that she never said something or that she didn't know what I was talking about. (Also, fair warning to parents who do afterschool pickup). Although she drives a SUV, she doesn't have enough room to properly secure all the children that she picks up. I was present on a day that she finished her after school pickup and honestly, anywhere between 6-10 kids hopped out of her car and they ranged from Pre-K to probably 5th grade or so. It's not safe. Parents and any future customers should be aware of this type of neglience. This is just a fair warning to consumers who are interested in doing business with this company. I will never recommend this daycare to ANYONE!
