I recently changed my contract and due to some issues with the way iPhones work with SIMs vs eSIMs my number completely disappeared from my phone. I had spent over an hour online with O2 Experts trying to solve it with no luck so they suggested I visit the local store. Went into O2 Basildon and Sarah could not have been more efficient. Within 15minutes she had diagnosed the problem, found the solution, solved it and tested it to both our satisfactions and even suggested the reason that she suspected it had happened. Both her (and her colleague who I could hear having a similar conversation with another customer) were very professional, knowledgeable, analytical in their fault finding and inspire confidence that I was dealing with an expert who I could have faith in to handle something that is as important to most of us in this modern age as our phones are.
