For mains, I had the carbonara, which unfortunately was the weakest pasta dishes I had in Italy, honestly I've had better back home. My friend ordered the pizza, which cost €25 and ended up being more like a tiny pizza bagel than a proper pie. It was so small he finished it in two bites, which turned into a bit of a joke at the table but also felt disappointing for the price. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but between the strange service, the underwhelming food, and the really high prices, this was easily our least favorite meal in Caserta. We had some of the best food of our lives elsewhere in the city, so I'd recommend waiting it out and getting into the pizzeria next door instead.
