Great professional and Personal touch!…read more Tanya has helped me on two occasions and her diligence and professional guidance is off the charts. She put our personal interest as a priority and ensured our home purchase was successfully completed. We couldn't have done it without Tanya. She goes above and beyond just the legal aspects to make sure all aspects of our purchase is managed professionally.

REALTORS STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY. She denied to represent my client because we did not agree…read moreto use her recommended title company which is based out of Livingston. Closing is in Morris Plains. We also requested if the title could come out to the Morris Plains office for closing which was also denied. And then she goes ahead and files a complain against me at NCJAR. I ALSO DISAGREE WITH YOUR RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW HERE BY YOU: 1. I have worked with more than 25+ attorneys and no attorney ever forced my clients like you did to use their title company. 2. If that title company as you are describing is so professionally capable then why they were not able to come to the Morris Plains office for closing? I have worked with tons of title companies and they are all flexible and send their closer as per clients convenient location. 3. RESPA ACT clearly states that buyer's have the right to choose their title company. Can you let us all know the exact law that has given you all attorneys the right to choose BUYER'S TITLE in a real estate transaction and then deny working if the buyer doesn't want to work with your title?????? 4. The Google review I left was exactly about my experience working with you. 5. And lastly in life I have never come across an attorney like you who denied to provide services to a buyer in a real estate transaction when not using her recommended title company who is not even ready to travel for a closing. Thank you! RATHER THAN FILING FRIVOLOUS COMPLAINTS AGAINST REALTORS TO NCJAR AND WASTING EVERYONES TIME invest that time to represent a client instead of denying them your services last minute!!!!! AND AN UPDATE ABOUT THE FRIVOLOUS COMPAINT FILED BY HER EVEN THE GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE has discharged articles 6, 11, 12, 15 as frivolous and articles 2&13 I will update you all once the hearing is completed.

AVOID! I called on Monday, two days after my mother passed. I explained that the executor of the…read morewill is suspected of theft so he should be the last individual involved with my mother's will. I simply needed a copy to which I am entitled as next of kin. She wasted the entire workweek with excuse after excuse. First she needed to confirm I am named in the will. Then, after sharing that I had retained an attorney to guide me through this next process, she instructed me she can release the will, but only to him. When he emailed she responded that she could not confirm that he was my attorney and therefore was not willing to share the will with him. This is the back-and-forth game she played with me all week. I was very clear that I needed the will by Friday. If she had no intention of providing the it, she shouldn't have allowed me to waste an entire week waiting on her excuses. I now find myself in the exact position I was trying to avoid, and I owe it all to Elga. Do yourself a favor and save your sanity, do not retain Elga. You will simply waste your time, money, and patience.

Never heard back from them after filling out the all the paperwork.I checked out several estate planning attorneys and none of them put me through that including the one I did hire who I spoke to directly first (unlike this place) , said he would take me as a client and THEN I filled out the paperwork.

Laurie and Yale Hauptman are, without question, the most knowledgeable, professional, connected,…read moreand deeply caring elder care professionals you could ever hope to meet. From the very beginning, they treated me with such kindness and compassion that I truly felt like family. The advice they shared with me was among the most valuable guidance I've ever received. They gently but wisely encouraged me to move my aging, unwell parents from out of state to be closer to me--and to do so before it became too late for them to make such a transition. I can look back with immense gratitude, knowing how right that advice was. Their legal counsel and thoughtful guidance gave me the peace of mind and confidence that I was making the very best decision not only for my parents, but for our entire family. Though it was no small undertaking, I will forever be grateful for their steady support, expert knowledge, and genuine kindness that carried me through each step of the process. Their office staff reflects the same professionalism, warmth, and care as Laurie and Yale themselves. I could not have asked for a more compassionate team to walk alongside me during such a challenging time. With heartfelt thanks, Susan H.

I even came to the office early on to get a clearer explanation of things to come. This office gave me a sheet to fill out "desired expenses" on a true link debit card, knowing the special needs trust would reduce it to an allowance that's extremely low. I put double the expenses that I will ever receive. Did they actually attempt to deceive me as a man with no medically informed disability, so I was easier to CONTROL?!! (IF YOU are a victim of Haupman deceiving people without disabilities and their loved ones-they shame me for gambling addiction like myself contact me at kennethmoses12@yahoo.com-maybe if there's more victims we can do something about it L&)Now that I'm living this circumstance I increasingly wonder why it wasn't explained to me. It's like this firm is tired or too good to repeat explanations to people who have no idea of what's to come. "I'm not your lawyer." Was last communication I had with her.
