She didn't respond for 2-3 months and so after a year we found out that she made a very careless mistake of misspelling our name in the documents which invalidated the entire process. This led to us needing to file everything all over again and having to wait for over a year for this to be processed. She told us it would be around 3-6 months and she took half a year just getting the documents sorted out, and now its been over a year because of her careless mistakes and we are still waiting for it be reviewed. This entire experience could've been much faster and less stressful but she was extremely unprofessional and unresponsive.

I was able to work a payment plan out with her and upon receiving my first half she began the long process for me. It took over a year from start to finish but that is through no fault of her own. My ex-spouse took a while to sign the papers and then because I filed during covid-19 there were a backlog of cases so my case took forever and a day to reach before a judge. Today Ms.Montbach sent me the email I have been waiting for. I'm finally divorced! I imagine she has a lot of cases to handle so she does not really e-mail you updates unless there is something she needs from you but if you email her for an update she is very responsive!
