Lilit is incredibly sweet, professional, and knowledgeable when it comes to skincare. She took the time to really look at my skin, understand my concerns, and explain what she was doing throughout the entire facial. The facial itself was absolutely amazing and so relaxing. You can tell that Lilit genuinely cares about her clients and is passionate about what she does. She was very gentle, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My skin felt incredibly clean, hydrated, soft, and refreshed afterward, and I noticed such a beautiful glow! If you're looking for an aesthetician who is professional, caring, knowledgeable, and truly takes pride in her work, I definitely recommend booking with Lilit! She is amazing at what she does, and I'm already looking forward to my next facial. My skin has never felt better!

Helen helped us sort it all out with so much patience and a smile. My husband joked that we were like two children who needed a lot of assistance, and she took it all in stride. Thank you, New Look, for helping us get rid of unwanted hair, and thank you, Helen, for being so gracious and helpful!

I had an absolutely horrible experience at the Glendale location, and I will never be returning…read more The nurse, Susanna, was extremely rude, judgmental, and completely unprofessional. She made unsolicited comments about my decision to start laser hair removal in my late twenties, which was completely inappropriate and frankly none of her business. I came in for a service that I chose for myself--not to be lectured or made to feel bad about when I decided to do it. She was also clearly in a rush to get through my appointment. I have an extremely low pain tolerance, and while I understand that isn't her responsibility, she seemed visibly frustrated that I couldn't tolerate even the lowest setting of the laser. Instead of showing any patience or understanding, she told me, "Definitely next time get a numbing cream." The entire interaction felt rushed and uncomfortable. On top of that, there were a few areas that I genuinely could not shave properly because they were difficult to reach. She told me she would laser them this time, but that next time I needed to be "more thorough" because otherwise the laser wouldn't be effective. I understand that clients are expected to shave beforehand, but there is a huge difference between giving someone a simple reminder and making them feel embarrassed or inadequate over something they genuinely could not reach. And what makes this even more frustrating is that I had a completely different experience at the Encino location. My sister had encountered the same issue there, and the technician simply had a single-use razor available and took care of the area. No attitude. No judgment. No embarrassing comments. Just basic professionalism and common sense. A beauty treatment should not leave a client feeling judged, rushed, or embarrassed. People make sacrifices to take time out of their day for themselves. You have no idea what someone has going on in their life, how long they've been saving for a treatment, or how much it may have taken for them to finally make that appointment. The absolute bare minimum should be making them feel comfortable and respected. I am beyond disappointed with the Glendale location. It is unfortunately the closest location to me, but I would rather drive farther than ever deal with this kind of treatment again. Management seriously needs to address the way clients are being treated at this location.

I originally went in for microdermabrasion, but was very grateful when my esthetician Mariana suggested another type of treatment that would provide more benefits to my specific skin concerns. She answered all my questions and gave me three great moisturizer suggestions (one of which I purchased and am very excited to use!). I'm so glad I came, and I highly recommend Mariana for in-store services--she's beautiful inside and out!

I'm so excited to be able to wear a low back shirt/dress! I've experienced nothing but good things coming here, from the girl at the front desk to the nurses that work with me! Especially Rita, you're my favorite! I have to make a side comment though because some of these comments are crazy to me, when I spoke to the person helping me decide if I want to start this journey or not, they were very clear with me, it will take more than the initial 10 sessions I bought. They also explained how color takes longer to remove than just black ink and it may take longer to remove depending on the location of my tattoo! Also, if you're on your second 10 sessions tattoo removal package, let alone your 3rd or 4th session, I mean heck you got a tattoo! And you don't know how to take care of it yet. That's a you problem, not the nurses working here. Anyways, I highly recommend this LaserAway, I've had nothing but good experiences!

No, she didn't like the question because the question was valid and she couldn't answer the question. She kept wanting to repeat herself - great job at memorizing your company answers - and I did not need her to repeat herself. I just wanted her to answer my question, which she seemed unable to do. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind as I coordinated the day for me and four friends. They worked with me to figure out the best package options for our group and made the planning process so easy and stress-free. When we arrived, they welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. Since I was new to Botox, Heidi took the time to thoroughly explain everything, walk me through the process, and recommend the best options for me personally. She did the same for each of my friends, giving us all the attention and care we needed. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for a group of five, and the whole day felt special and fun. We all left feeling great about our results and the overall experience. 10 out of 10! We'll definitely be coming back--and I'd recommend Los Feliz MedSpa to anyone, especially first-timers or those planning a group visit.

Lights throughout the establishment were flickering, and even the bathroom lights were not functioning properly. For a med spa offering medical-grade treatments, the environment did not feel professional or reassuring. I came in for PRP microneedling and was informed that the provider performing my treatment had only been working in a med spa setting for about four months. During my appointment, my blood could not be successfully drawn and I was poked three separate times. Afterwards, the provider forgot to even give me a Band-Aid and stated it was because she was nervous. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this did not leave me feeling confident or comfortable continuing treatment here. They did offer to substitute the PRP portion of my treatment with hyaluronic acid instead, but considering PRP microneedling is a significantly more expensive and specialized treatment, I did not feel that would have been fair for the amount of money I paid for the service. I purchased my session through Groupon because I had seen mixed reviews and wanted to cautiously try the service first before committing to additional visits. After today's experience, I asked about the refund process since the Groupon had not yet been redeemed. The receptionist with red hair initially stated they could not refund it because it wasn't redeemed, but when I asked if it could be redeemed so I could request my refund, she contradicted herself and said there are no refunds through third-party groups. I would have completely understood policy limitations if the conversation had been handled professionally and respectfully. What stood out most was the attitude of the front desk staff from the moment I walked in particularly the red head receptionist. As someone who works in customer service and as a receptionist myself, I understand how important first impressions are. I did not feel welcomed, acknowledged, or treated with kindness during my visit. I drove all the way from Long Beach to Glendale for this appointment hoping I would be in good hands, and sadly that was not the case. I strongly encourage Skin Agency to provide additional training for both their front desk staff and employees performing medical-grade facial treatments to ensure future clients have a safer and more professional experience.
