I just did my oxygen facial today and my skin is thanking me big time. Evelyn, the aesthetician took her time to explain what she's doing, asking me constantly how I am and if I am comfortable. She even showed me whatever she's able to extract from my face. My skin always glow after my visit. I do get my exilis and drip treatment from ISkin as well. At the end of my treatment, they have a patio with the view of Beverly Hills, where I am offered to sit, relax, and have a glass of wine. Such a wonderful service starting from Halie, the receptionist, the manager, Jenalyn, nurses - Nicole and Kenneth. And of course hand on and very friendly owners, Imee and Richard. I have had 3 facials with this company and was about read to have my 4th when the nurse manager accused me of performing sexual acts and inappropriate actions while having my facials the 2 prev times. No witnesses and no once even called after the appts. I was told not to come and they refunded my package. What they were saying was completely false and they have lost a good client. I will be telling my friend who referred me to go somewhere else. Facials were excellent but that is no way to treat a customer that paid $1000 for a Facial package. I was really upset and will now find another facility. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

My skin was glowing when I left last night and looks even better this morning. So pleased with my experience! read more

I've been going to their spa in Rancho Cucamonga. I did the 20/60 challenge with them last year. I started in February 2015 and after 60 days I lost 28 lbs. What's amazing though is that I now wear a size 4. I used to weigh like this before I had babies but I wear a bigger size. This just proves that I really lost a lot of my stored fats. I'm so thankful that they opened a spa closer to me. Now its easier for me and even more accessible. I started another round of HCG and I want to lose another 10 lbs. The protocol is easy to follow and Gen will help and guide you all the way. Miss Imee and the rest of the staff are really nice and helpful. I also love the Hollywood Cocktail IV drip or the separate gluta and B6/B12 shots. It gives me energy and helps me with my metabolism. Plus it gives my face that glow that's really nice esp when I take pictures. Thank you Image Body Spa and more power! read more

I've been going to Image Body Spa for facials about every 6 - 8 weeks, since April 2017, and things are starting to get serious! I have thoroughly enjoyed every one of my treatments over the past year, and sincerely see a difference in the texture, brightness, and general youthfulness of my complexion. I'm 30 years old and used to work at a makeup counter back in college, so I really appreciate attention to detail and a feeling of being pampered. I originally started coming to Image Body Spa after I purchased a microderm/oxygen facial from Groupon, but the treatment was so divine, that I had purchased a 5 facial package deal by the time I left the spa. Be advised; treatments may induce an intoxicating relaxation that may also result in an open wallet! The level of professionalism and modern treatment options here make the price-point reasonable in one of the most competitive markets for cosmetic treatments. I have no hesitation recommending this place to my friends and family, and have done so on multiple occasions. Tips to the wise: Spring for the package if you have the cash, I highly doubt you'll be disappointed. Ask about installments if you want to maintain more financial liquidity. I wish I lived closer and had a bucket of cash because I'd come even more frequently! Thanks Image Body Spa Staff, see you Wednesday! :) read more

THE SPA: All of their methods and tech are the latest. The location is great. Nice interior too. THE TREATMENT: They offer a wide variety of beauty treatments with an inside and out approach. The level of service here is a huge upgrade from other spas I've been to! The estheticians are friendly, hilarious, knowledgeable and know just what my skin needs most when I go in. My 1st facial began with a steam, followed by a warm stone upper body massage, cleansing extraction, vitamin infused oxygen treatment, and a soothing mask. This was also while my arms and hands were relaxing in a rich paraffin dip. I highly recommend this line up After just a few visits, my skin is lighter, clear and supple. I want the spa to know how much I appreciate how they've kept my skin looking and feeling healthier! read more

I've been to so many skin clinics and this one, I would say, is one of the best. Aside from the very relaxing facial, they gave me stone massage and hand paraffin. Everything is top quality! I am definitely coming back. Location is in the prime area of West Hollywood. Before going ask where the reserved parking is so you don't have to look for a metered parking. read more

To start the new year I enjoyed the best facial on my birthday with Savannah! From the moment I walked in the staff was helpful and asked me what my skin concerns were. Savannah took her time with me and explained everything she was doing and answered all of my questions. This is the one of the best hidden gem full service spa in Los Angeles! The facials are more than a typical spa facial, it's a luxurious experience. I came for a classic facial and was wowed that it included a neck, face and shoulder massage along with a eucalyptus foot soak and hand/foot paraffin with lavender botanical scrub. I walked out feeling like a goddess, completely detoxed, refreshed and glowing. Sierra Jacobs (esthetician) and Marilyn Guiuan) owner is the best and makes every customer feel individualized and amazing. Definitely my go-to spa for all my spa needs! read more

My skin feels brighter and fredh and I just feel so much better. Highly recommend trying her out she is awesome. Looking very forward to my next facial. read more

I originally came here for one European facial after I found the deal on Groupon and I will definitely come back for more! First, the staff was very friendly and well informed and they took the time to address any concerns that I have about my skin while providing me with tips and ideas about what products I might need. Next, the facial itself was very relaxing and included extractions that took care of all my blackheads. I told the lady who was doing my facial that I have a sensitive spot on my nose and she was careful to be gentle. She also gave me the option to add a mask for an additional cost, but I decided to skip it for now and she did not try to pressure me. I'm looking forward to come and try other treatments in the future! read more

My boyfriend and I came in a few days ago to get microdermabrasion facials by Marlyn and we had a wonderful experience! She took her time explaining everything she was doing, was very gentle, and always asked how I was doing to make sure I was comfortable. The massage felt amazing. I have bad acne and was afraid of the extraction part, but I hardly felt anything! I left feeling fresh-faced and relaxed. I was also anticipating a lot of sales pitches for the products they sell, but that was not the case here. Marlyn did tell me about the different services they offer and her suggestions without forcing them on me, which I appreciated as someone on a budget. I learned about different treatment plans which gives me hope that one day I can have better skin! Once I have the budget for it (this was a gift), I will definitely be back for some sort of acne treatment plan. Thanks for the wonderful experience! read more

I completely forgot to write a review. I came to see Marilyn a few months ago when she first opened, I had purchased a Groupon for a facial. I had such a wonderful facial. When I got there, she was extremely attentive to what my needs were, sweet, and showed a genuine concern for improving my needs. I only got 1 facial, but now that I have been saving up, I want to come back for chemical peels and microneedling. The great thing about her facial, was she used a mask that improved the clarity of my skin for weeks. I have had numerous facials masks, and I like that she is in a great location close by me. I will be coming back! Thanks read more

Had a Groupon to this place and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Rebecca who greeted me and also turned out to be the person who performed my microdermabrasion, steam, and extraction facial. She was kind, but most importantly thorough with her work. I'd recommend this place to anyone and considering returning myself! read more

Let start off saying I wish I had gotten the package deal on Groupon rather then just the one time deal for the diamond peel microdermabrasion and extraction. Jackie who did my facial was super sweet and informative. She really went in depth of making sure my skin looked amazing! I really want to go back in a few weeks and get the pumpkin peel she recommended for my skin. Guys don't get the one time facial get the package deal get the 3 diamond peel facial package for a little extra. You won't regret it. I wish I had gotten it! Oh also I added the oxygen facial to my microdermabrasion as well. Left outta there with my skin glowing no matter what angle you were looking from. Thanks jackie ! read more
