I also raised concerns about teeth grinding and shifting, and was completely dismissed without any real discussion. I left that appointment feeling brushed off and unheard. Scheduling was another major issue. They couldn't accommodate a standard six-month cleaning schedule, booked me eight months out, and when I asked to be put on a cancellation list, they never followed up. Then they canceled on me two days before my appointment. At that point, I gave up. It's clear there are some kind and well-meaning people on staff, but my experience with the dentist and overall care was disappointing and, frankly, frustrating. I'm moving on to a new provider.

I have gone through several new dentists in the area since I moved, but no dentist has been able to fulfill the same standards as Dr. Pezeshki for me. I ultimately had to pay the full $1,500 out of pocket because I did not want the account to go to collections and risk damaging my credit. I am extremely frustrated because I feel I was not given clear or accurate information about what my insurance would actually cover before the services were performed. Being unexpectedly billed $1,500 after being told insurance would cover everything was a very unpleasant experience. I would strongly recommend confirming all insurance coverage and getting a written estimate of your out-of-pocket cost before receiving treatment at this office.

Spent weeks going back and forth with the desk to no avail. Was finally told it was submitted to masshealth and I should hear back in a few weeks about it but never did. Was told a manager would handle it but radio silence. Six months later come in for my cleaning and was told my online appointment that I booked was double booked despite that I received a confirmation. They said the "system just lets you do that" I then tried to explain the refund situation and was told there were no managers and they don't take Medicaid. When I explained MassHealth (which is Medicaid) they said they'd email the managers (???? I thought there were none). When I asked for the name they refused to give one, saying they didn't know who would be handling my case. Then who are you emailing? I'll probably have to report to the state which isn't good for anyone but I just need my money back.
