Last straw was when we were ripped off with a new part and outrageous core charge (Wayne was being an absolute jerk to another employee in front of us and other customers) went to return it 2 days later as their partnering auto repair shop (Scofield) misdiagnosed our truck and we had no need for that part. It was unopened, unmounted, and unused. Wayne wanted to charge $300 to restock- 2 days after purchasing. Thanks for ripping off a hard working, family man with two kids who is just trying to fix his rig!! Joe is and always has been awesome- but he doesn't control the store. That doesn't sound hard to anyone who remembers having room under the hood but today's pick ups have computer modules for everything and they stack and combine things that doesn't make sense to put together. In a Ford F-150 pickup the way to service the transmission requires dropping the oil pan (no sense at all) and is a bit complicated. They have the skills and knowledge to do any job you need done. B & S is O'Reilly's repair shop so if you have a problem related to service while on the road, you can take your vehicle to an O'Reillu's and have it fixed at no cost.
