However, my most recent visits have been deeply disappointing due to interactions with two employees, Julie and Komona. Over the past three weeks, I visited the dealership twice and encountered significant difficulties dealing with Julie and Komona. Despite my strong credit history and proven track record as a customer, I was misinformed and treated unfairly. Julie incorrectly told me that my FICO score was significantly lower than it actually is--something I know firsthand, as I have been working diligently for two years to improve it. She also stated that I would need a cosigner, which turned out to be false. Frustrated, I decided to take my business elsewhere and went to another location of the same brand. Within an hour and a half, I was approved for the exact same vehicle--without a cosigner and with a better interest rate. That vehicle is now being allocated to me, and I'll be picking it up in the next 10 days. What disappoints me most is that I've been a loyal customer, and I've even helped this dealership with sponsorship opportunities in the past. I expected honesty, transparency, and a level of respect that simply wasn't given during my last two visits. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that I will not be returning to this location, nor will I refer others here as I have in the past. I'll be sending them to the Eldorado location instead, where I was treated fairly and professionally. To be clear, I still highly recommend working with Raymond Benton--he's an exceptional salesman--and Joel, the general manager, has always been great. Unfortunately, neither of them was available when I visited, and the experience I had in their absence was unacceptable. I hope this feedback leads to improvements in how customers are treated. Every customer deserves to be treated with honesty and respect, especially loyal ones. Eldorado Karl Malone Toyota will forever have my business. MNH
