The cost is so reasonable. I have taken my cell phones for screen replacements elsewhere at least 5 times in the last 10 years, and it has cost me $200 each time; granted, this is in California, but still, you get my point, Broken Phone's cost was very reasonable. A customer service agent in the Ruston, LA store named Ethan was extremely rude. We haven't been able to set up a brand new phone (a week later and a 3.5 hour phone call to CS, it still is not working). He said that he would transfer the data from the older (only two years old) phone for the $30. We told him we would not pay that bc it's a ridiculous amount, since the new phone should sync up and transfer the data from older phone, to which he replied, "Well, then I just won't help you." His attitude was rude, snarky, and angry. He needs to be FIRED! Someone like that does NOT need to be in customer service. We will close our account and go to T-Mobile. Verizon's wireless service coverage in this area is atrocious, anyway. STEER CLEAR OF VERIZON WIRELESS!!

Where is gets bad is when you call to disconnect. 70% of the people you get transferred to during a disconnect is hard to understand through the accent and english is not the native language for sure. It took me 50min to disconnect because they are wanting you to freeze your acct until you move, ask you where you are moving to?, they are doing everything to keep your account open. Just keep telling them you're not interested. I had to mention calling the FCC to get them to stop the sales games and get me disconnected. The customer service is the main reason I am giving this rating. The internet on its own is 4 out of 5, The TV service 3 out of 5, The techs 5 out of 5. Service and support 0.5 out of 5. I only gave the 0.5 because I didn't get disconnected. Just a bad way to do business.
