I'm beyond impressed by the calibre of professional that walks these aisles. So impressed that I go out of my way to use their location when I'm in need of parts. It all comes down to the amount of time an employee spent with me one day. We were researching parts for my difficult and particular German engineered automobile. I found out that day that they carry Pentosin products, and this brand is essential to cars from the Volkswagen Group. I digress. I was finally reimbursed with what it cost to repair the damage. Overall they stuck by their weird in repairing the damages which I think is an important quality in a business. I will continue using O'Reilly's in the future because I know they will help me to the best of their knowledge and in the rare circumstance it does cause damage, I know I can work with them to get the problem resolved.
