The van is 20 years old so the parts are hard to find. We call the Dealer of the van and the parts would be $34 dollars each plus $150-250 in labor. We decided to call around to see if we could get a better price. O'Reilly's in Branson said that they could order the parts for us & would call when the parts came in. A few days later we walked in to O'Reillys to pick up the parts and the store manager; Tyler offered to put them in for us, FREE of charge. Going to this O'Reillys saved us so much money. Our total price for both shocks were the price of 1 shock at the dealer. Plus we didn't have to pay for labor. Thanks to Tyler who went out of his way to help us out. I definitely will recommend this O'Reilly's to my friends and family.

I just picked it up and they fixed it, it runs smoothly and Don when above and beyond and actually got a part from another vehicle and put it in my vehicle for free.
