this office brutally destroyed my faith in therapists and therapy as a whole. i was dropped for having anxiety and i was told by my therapist that i would never get better. i may never do therapy again for the rest of my life. they created more trauma on top of the trauma i already had, they worsened my trust issues, made me feel worthless and genuinely i'm now terrified to find another therapist and continue with the treatment i need.
i saw hailie. she is the worst therapist i've ever seen in my life, and i've seen some terrible therapists. she literally told me i would never improve. she got me to trust her just so she could drop me like i didn't matter at all. she's fake. she had an ugly self righteous look on her face as she made me pay for the last session so she could drop me. i did not matter to this office. they repeatedly pushed past my boundaries and just made me feel worse than when i started with them.
i also saw kathy/kathryn for family therapy. same thing. repeatedly pushed past my boundaries. didn't listen. didn't care. same ugly self righteous look on her face.
karen is supposed to be the manager or supervisor or whatever but she's a complete joke. she didn't ask me if my medications had changed before she deemed my anxiety so bad that i was not worthy of therapy. she's so bad at her job that she didn't consider medication changes. i have no idea how she earned her degree. my psychiatrist agreed that these people are ridiculous and made a huge mistake by not taking everything into account. if the person in charge of my chemical imbalances says i'm okay, then i'm literally okay. my anxiety has calmed down. because that's what happens when you take a new medication. you have to adjust to it. it should've been obvious. but karen just doesn't know how to do her job. clearly.
please do yourself a favor and find an office that cares about your wellness journey and supports your needs. i wish i had never gotten a referral for this place. i wasted six months of my life speaking to hailie. i'll never get that time back.
it took me two years to get back into therapy after my last traumatic therapist experience. these were the people i trusted with my newfound healing. i opened myself up to them. and they ripped me to pieces. lie. to. your. therapist. never let your guard down. never trust someone with your trauma and emotions. this office taught me these things.
you deserve care. you deserve healing. go somewhere else.
edit: i haven't seen anyone from this office for several weeks now. and they just charged me 155 dollars. right after i posted a review about them. i'm just saying it's incredibly sketchy timing. either they just don't know how to do things like that in a timely manner, or they just charged us 155 dollars as revenge. read more
