I've had nothing but issues since marching my family into this home, and there is no one to get ahold of, barely a warranty to speak of, and plenty of holes in my wallet (and walls). Touching the walls chips the paint off. There was ZERO insulation in the attic. There was no caulking around the tub so it leaked into my kitchen. They didn't connect the stovetop correctly so there was a gas leak to welcome me when I moved in. It looks pretty at first, and the staff is friendly while you're about to give them cash, but even the contractors I've hired to help are appalled at how poorly this place was built. There's not enough holy water or sage in the world to cleanse this mess. Thanks, Grupe, for the stress, shame, and debt. May your business fall apart as swiftly as this house you threw together.

She didn't knw wth she was doing! Most all realtors use professional photographers, especially with the way the market is today! I had to send her better pics to post. She only put 2 sentences down for the description of our house. I had to tell her what to put and to use adjectives. I nvr text or called her on wknds. I always say hi, pls and ty when texting her.. and didn't get the same respect from her. she's a complete MESS! Talks to me about her problems in her marriage, like how her husband is jealous and thinks she's having sexual relations with her workers etc... and he stays out late etc... Things I don't care nor need to hear about. I nvr engaged! I only want to talk about our property! Lied and said she was a broker so we would use her. Lied to us about having a showing. No showing. It was her being malicious! Ask her to show proof msgs regarding the showimg on 9/9/24. And she wouldn't. I had to take My dogs out of the house for that showing, they got into a fight and I got a broken wrist due to the fight. And no one shows up for the supposedly showing. All that getting ready for the showing for nothing! Still, she would not send proof that a realtor wanted a showing!! She lied about not telling buyers or agents about the 2% we opt in for, unless they ask!! (I have on video) that she did! Told a potential buyer ( my sister) all about it, us and our full names when she had an open house. So unprofessional! Said she'd put up the for sale sign 4 days in a row and nvr did until I asked her about it. Special features on listing only says, cozy fireplace, nothing about our big selling point, the pool on any websites. Rude text msg like, "thx for telling me how to do my job" And "let me knw when you become a realtor" this was the final straw! We had enough of her bs! Always talking about other clients and showings in Sacramento, over talking and telling me about all the problems about a house in Benicia she can't sell, for very long period of time. Not putting nothing about our pool where ppl can see it when they're looking at our so called over priced house. When she was the one that said our price point was great! This lady would be home and not have to call me/text me at 1030 pm If she wouldn't talk so much about other ppls bussiness! 9 days on market, she said to lower our price lol We called her broker on 3 way to discuss her unprofessional behavior and he didn't give us the time or day, instead just yelled at me, then hung up on us! She obviously told him I'd be calling. They all have eachothers backs and will not hear the client out with complaints. There's always two sides to the story Kim Currieri! You see where it got you. You guys potentially lost 15k from us lol These ppl are scamers, completely unprofessional and not on your side what so ever! Take your business else where or you'll be sry! She, Jessica Galtman also scammed our good friend that did side jobs for her out of thousands of dollars! Because once again, she don't knw what she's doing in the real estate world! We had a couple hiccups during our inspection but she was always there for me, making sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. I liked having an agent that was there for me every step of the way. I just read the bad review above and couldn't imagine Jessica being responsible for the posters bad experience. I'm not a professional but it sounds to me like she's being blamed for things beyond her control.

We are renting a beautiful house by the miracle Mile, which is an older home and has some things which are totally understandable, we are in a flood zone so the garage sometimes will flood and there are some small issues but so far, it's been a wonderful experience. We have been renting for over a year. Rent is a high cost, but there are much more expensive homes in less desirable neighborhood and we are very happy to be where we are.
