It looks pretty at first, and the staff is friendly while you're about to give them cash, but even the contractors I've hired to help are appalled at how poorly this place was built. Because of Yelp, I found a realtor that had extensive experience, however, she didn't have the time and support I needed as a first time homebuyer.
