They knew when I called who I was and apparently there was a difference of opinion between the two medical professionals there. I was charged for another visit (not my fault I was sent away the first time) and no apology was given for my pain or the extra day I had to take off work. Super dissatisfied with the communication after I told them how horrible I felt and how much tooth pain I had been in since they saw me.

I was impressed by three things: Preparation - I have an extremely rare and severe chronic health condition which I noted on the intake form. Prior to meeting with me, Dr. Bianchi had researched my condition enough to discuss it and to understand my concerns. That doesn't happen often. Bedside manner - I confessed I was a coward and an endodontist neophyte. Dr. Bianchi was compassionate, patient, conversational and engaging. The gentle music, the birdfeeders outside and the rest of the staff made me as at ease as I could have been. Knowledge and ability to convey it - Dr. Bianchi clearly knows dentistry and human anatomy inside and out. He was able to fully explain all aspects of my dental health in a clear and concise manner, as well as answer any questions I had. I arrived assuming my best case scenario was a root canal and a crown and my worst case scenario was losing the tooth. Neither ended up being the case and Dr. Bianchi clearly takes a conservative approach when warranted. This was a huge relief and my fears of the consultation were unnecessary. I highly recommend Dr. Bianchi and, if I ever need an endodontist again, will return.

I think I was in the chair for about forty-five minutes. The only bit of pain I felt was the first shot in order to numb the nerve and after that, I was good to go. His diagnosis was that I had an abscessed lower molar that needed a root canal. I was given three options and chose a root canal, which had to be done through the top of a previously installed porcelain crown. Overall coming to the office has been complete hell from day one although the doctors are fairly nice and same with the hygienists. I was even told by Jen there was no way to schedule me out a month in advance but after speaking to the doctor first hand I find out that the front desk manager lied , so they sent someone to watch her make the new appointment. Those games are quite frankly very immature for her old age. Lastly I had a temporary that had to be redone a total of 3 times.( not very excellent ) I ended the missing appointment to get my permanent I tried to call no answer, I left a angry message which is quiet deserved after everything and I just got ignored even though they had my permanent tooth . I tried to ask Jen for the tooth she told me that she threw it away , then I still had to hassle her about a refund .But to act as if I'm in the wrong when you have my permanent tooth and money for a unfinished job is ridiculous. If you wanna be treated like trash while paying top dollar come here by all means but don't be shocked when similar things happen... I wish I could show the phone call recording on this to show foul they are as well ... but anyways dont go here or do you'll regret it . They are also very sensitive about the work being done in the office so if something is done improperly you're probably not wrong but these people won't admit to their faults. I've had filling, root canals, crowns done with them & all have turned out great. His son Eric joined the practice a few years ago & he is wonderful too.
