One of the things they did resulted in excruciating pain for a very long weekend. I ended up going back at my dentists advice and getting the root canal. They knew when I called who I was and apparently there was a difference of opinion between the two medical professionals there. I was charged for another visit (not my fault I was sent away the first time) and no apology was given for my pain or the extra day I had to take off work. Super dissatisfied with the communication after I told them how horrible I felt and how much tooth pain I had been in since they saw me.

I was impressed by three things: Preparation - I have an extremely rare and severe chronic health condition which I noted on the intake form. Prior to meeting with me, Dr. Bianchi had researched my condition enough to discuss it and to understand my concerns. That doesn't happen often. Bedside manner - I confessed I was a coward and an endodontist neophyte. Dr. Bianchi was compassionate, patient, conversational and engaging. The gentle music, the birdfeeders outside and the rest of the staff made me as at ease as I could have been. Knowledge and ability to convey it - Dr. Bianchi clearly knows dentistry and human anatomy inside and out. He was able to fully explain all aspects of my dental health in a clear and concise manner, as well as answer any questions I had. I arrived assuming my best case scenario was a root canal and a crown and my worst case scenario was losing the tooth. Neither ended up being the case and Dr. Bianchi clearly takes a conservative approach when warranted. This was a huge relief and my fears of the consultation were unnecessary. I highly recommend Dr. Bianchi and, if I ever need an endodontist again, will return.

They wanted me to come in on February 2, but I couldn't make it that day, they were able to get me in the very next day. The first person I saw, was Lisa in the front office. Very friendly, very helpful, she had me fill out the forms on a computer, instead of the old-fashioned on paper. If I had any questions, she was right there to answer them for me. Doctor Wong's assistant, Vanessa, then came to take me back to the room. I was nervous as heck, but she was very understanding. We did the x-rays, and then I was taken back to the treatment room. I asked if nitrous oxide was available, because I was extremely nervous. I've always been a little "Denta - phobic." she checked, but unfortunately, it wasn't covered by the VA. Fortunately, I had my phone with music on it. Dr. Wong comes in, and explains exactly what's going to happen, he could tell I was extremely nervous, but again, he was very understanding and very patient. He made sure I was totally numbed up. When I got into the chair, they not only gave me a pillow under my legs, but they also gave me one for my head. They made sure I was very comfortable. I put on some easy listening, music, my hearing aids, have a Bluetooth so I could listen to the music, and they went to work. The procedure went extremely well. He told me that I would be in the chair for about an hour, but it didn't seem like that at all. I must've actually fallen asleep in the chair, it went so well. Fortunately, they gave me a bite block, so I didn't have to worry about my mouth closing. Lol. Before I knew it, we were done. The doctor explained the aftercare to me, they gave me a sheet of paper on what to expect, and I was out the door. I was in the office for a total of about two hours, but again it didn't seem like that at all. Everybody was friendly, helpful, patient, and understanding. If the VA sends me in for another treatment, I hope they send me here again. Thank you!

Dr Salmassy removed a decaying tooth and installed an implant for me in 2025. The entire process…read moretook quite a while--several months, which I understand is typical. But his work during each session was quick and efficient, and while I can't say it was painless, he got in and got the job done. He explained the technical details clearly and showed me how my implant works. He has a cheerfully gruff bedside manner the worked perfectly for me. I enjoyed our mutually teasing each other. And his staff delighted me with their happy attitudes. I actually looked forward to my appointments.

I had my wisdom teeth removed (all 4 at the same time, ouch haha) a few weeks ago and the care I received from the entire staff was top tier. My surgery went very smooth, aftercare was explained thoroughly, and billing was a very simple process. I was also quoted and paid a pretty low price, so that was a very nice bonus as I expected to pay much more. Post op follow up appt was optional and I opted out initially as I thought my recovery would be easy. I was wrong (sadly haha), and in some pretty good pain still about a week post op, which isn't super typical for WT removal. I made a quick phone call to the office and was scheduled the very next day for a follow up just to make sure no dry socket or anything awry was happening. I was reassured everything looked good and just needed to give it some more time. Thankfully now I feel great - just harder healing process because I'm "old" to be getting my WT out ;) I should mention that aftercare (visits, meds, etc) post op was included in the price of the treatment. I was urged by all staff to come back if/when needed and it was nice to feel like I wasn't being burdensome. I even got a check in the mail for a refund for part of my treatment because my insurance covered more than anticipated - really refreshing to see such honest bookkeeping! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Antrobus, he is wonderful. He answers any and all questions and really makes patients feel comfortable. I would come back for any further oral surgery needs!

Unfortunately, I've seen Dr. O'Dea too many times over the years, because I was born with just awful teeth. But he's never hurt me, not once. Today I had to go back for ANOTHER root canal... which he completed in a flat 37 minutes, front to finish. The whole time he made sure to check in with me that I was ok, not feeling anything... and when we finished he told ME "Good job!". I am not the one who did a good job... all I did was not lapse into frantic tears. He did the great job! It's been a long relationship, and one I deeply appreciate. He's a great endodontist with a great chairside manner and wonderful staff. Thank you!

Tina, the office manager, called me early Sunday morning and offered me an 8:30 appointment that I took almost immediately because I had been in pain for hours. I was beyond happy to find an actual emergency dentist that would accommodate a weekend appointment. When I got to the office, I was greeted and treated with such kindness, care and concern. Dr. Gogani went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable during this very difficult procedure that I would've likely been referred to an oral surgeon had I gone anywhere else. He even allowed my family to sit in the procedure room with me! He kept me well informed while he and his equally kind assistant performed a relatively painless surgical extraction and bone graft. AMAZING. My husband was so impressed that he decided to switch dentists. I've never had a more difficult surgery performed so quickly and comfortably. Thank you, Dr. Gogani!

That should definitely be included in all the money I've paid for the special x-rays and root canal itself. In this day and age every penny counts. First off, I was extremely nervous to get my root canal. I've had some not so great experiences at…read morethe dentist in the past due to some poor work that had to be redone multiple times. Because of this poor work, I ended up needing to see an endodontist. Needless to say I was really not looking forward to it. Luckily for me, Dr. Hashagen and his team are very precise. I think I was in the chair for about forty-five minutes. The only bit of pain I felt was the first shot in order to numb the nerve and after that, I was good to go. After the procedure, I had no pain. This may not be the same for everyone, but I feel very safe in the hands of High Street Endodontics.
