In a time of being distraught and sorrow, my deceased mother-in-law gave directions to have flowers delivered to the graves every 6 months till the money ran out. I not being in my right mind, being out of country & just traveled gave the $1500 to the Indian woman at the counter and unfortunately forgot the grave numbers once I found out the numbers get back to her did not get a receipt, which was my fault but when I found the grave number and got back to the lady, she claimed she no clue to what I was talking about. So either she was the owner and shady as hell or she was just a cashier pocketed the money. It's my fault for not being in my right mind and getting the proper documentations, but then again I wasn't offered anything. Either! but I hope Karma comes to this business and justice is served. But in the meantime, do you really wanna deal with the shady practice like this? of somebody at their lowest point in life. read more

This a review purely for their online ordering. Being part of the FTD network it's not surprising that if you make an order outside of this shop's reach they will rely on another florist in that area. Unfortunately this didn't work out too well for me. Part of it I think was due to the online ordering system sharing the same "unique" identifier for two different floral arrangements. As a result the wrong one was sent and it looked horrible. Luckily a quick email resulted in O'Conner to quickly help me remedy the situation by getting still another florist to do it properly. They advised me that the initial florist (the one that screwed up) would be removed from their list of partners. That I thought was amazing service. However my followup reply requesting they see this through until the situation was fully rectified did not yield any quick responses and to this date I am still awaiting a response. It's been a week. There was a solid effort made on their part initially, but I'm definitely hesitant on recommending them for anyone that needs to send flowers. Perhaps they are much better in person. read more

My boyfriend just sent me flowers early for valentines day and they are beautiful! They did a wonderful job and the delivery man vas very nice! I'm a fan if the penmanship in the card since I'm sure he didn't write it. Many times they print it in a computer and isn't very personal. I ordered a funeral arrangement this past week. The flowers were outstanding and the price was very, very reasonable. I was also impressed that the florist took the time to confirm what flowers were available and called me back to discuss a needed change and to assure me that the arrangement would be there on time. Ordered twice from these guys - fall of 2013, a bouquet described as "Sunny yellow lilies are combined with yellow roses, yellow button pompons and assorted greens. A great bouquet to make their day." The bouquet that arrived not only didn't have yellow flowers in it, it had every other colour imaginable instead of one uniform colour. Turns out O'Connor Florist is fine company. After a terrible Bouquet order they sent out a redo and upgrade at no charge. Ordered a dozen roses from FTD for an important event. O'Connor Florist sent replacement flowers that were not as expensive to order. They would not fix the problem so FTD had another florist send the correct arrangement, but after the special occasion had taken place. read more
