It is quite a sizable project, so I wanted to make sure that the company could handle a project of this size. The man on the phone made me feel so uncomfortable, and he had such an unprofessional response. Without asking any follow up questions about my business, or the equipment that we plan to install he "made a joke" that there's no possible way I could need as much power as I stated "unless we were growing drugs." Amazing service! We had an issue where out mail breaker continued to pop and we lost power to the whole house. We call O'Conner Electric on a Sunday morning and they were able to come out and replace the breaker. We knew we needed the entire panel replaced so we received some quoted and O'Conner was the best we received as well as already knowing they had great service, we went with them. Scheduling the install was a breeze and not set too far out. George and his assistant arrived early, completed the work quicker than we expected, did an amazing job and left the area clean. Exceptional service! Had scary situation with circuit breaker popping over past three days. This morning while resetting the breaker at the panel box, there was a sizzling/crackling sound. I had a breaker go bad on a Sunday morning. My fridge was on the circuit that went bad, and I panicked. By luck I found them using google. I spoke with Terri, who calmly asked me a series of questions, and gave me directions to follow. Doing so, we isolated the issue and determined the breaker needed to be replaced. Terri gave me a firm estimate, and told me the factors that could influence the price. We set it up to have George come by the next morning. Called O'Connor on a Tuesday as they were recommend to us. We needed a new electrical panel and we needed it quick. I called and right away was greeted with friendly service. She asked me questions about what I needed and seemed as concerned as I was. She let me know that George could be out that day between 4-6pm. I was impressed. She said that he would call on his way. Sure enough I got a call just after 4 stating that he would be to our home in about 30 minutes. George arrived and he was as friendly and knowledgable as it gets. I didn't get any work done but I am going to leave a review anyway because the lady that answers the phone saved me some money instead of making a quick buck. I had another company install some can lighting in my master shower. needless to say it was sub par work. the lights were sagging from the can part.
