Horrible experience. They took advantage of a few women because they thought they could get away…read morewith it. My wife and her mother brought in our van because it was leaking coolant and overheating while idling/in traffic. First they said that it was the radiator (which was just replaced after an accident 8months prior) after it was picked back up, the exact same problem persisted, brought it back.... they said the thermostat.... After it was picked up again, the same problem persisted. After doing research on our own it seems like the most likely problem would be something to do with the fan. So we got it up to temp, fan wouldn't kick on. We called to let them know, Zach said that it was not the fan because he had "checked to see it running". We went ahead and changed the fan relay, the fan immediately kicked in. We have not had an issue since. Went in to inquire more about it, after speaking with Rex and his son Zach, I was told that I didn't care about my family and that I was not allowed at his shop anymore. Steer clear from here! $500 and they couldn't fix the car and wouldn't admit doing anything wrong.
