The shop is only small but is like an Aladdin's cave with so many different items stock. The staff are wonderful and know exactly what they are talking about and if they don't they look it up for you; they will not just pretend to know and risk giving you bad information. They will also give you there honest opinion if they think and item is not going to help you, they won't just sell you something just for the sale. If I am ever unsure about anything I am considering to take as a supplement to my diet I will always visit this shop first for an honest and straight forward answer. The prices are very competitive.

They are, quite simply, incredibly well-stocked and whatever your seemingly annoyingly untreatable complaint, they'll have something alternative for you to try. The staff are not only caring and considerate but exceptionally well-informed and even attend courses to stay up-to-date with new products. After having no luck at all with conventional medicine for a sinus condition, I was recommended a harmless spray which cleared the problem up brilliantly. They also stock an excellent range of special foods for dietary conditions as well as all the health shop standards, homeopathy (the only shop that stocks a proper Weleda range) essential oils, vitamins and natural pain relievers and will also order in anything you want. On top of all this (literally, upstairs) is a gorgeous coffe shop with homemade cakes and great hot and cold lunch dishes.
