They went above and beyond and did a great job! We will definitely use again.

Aspenleiter Sewing and Vacuum is located on Five Mile Line Road in Penfield in a converted church…read more My old vacuum gave up, and I can't go too long without one as an owner of five pets. Aspenleiter was recommended by a friend, and I had a great experience. I walked in having done research on Sebo vacuums and mostly knowing what I wanted. The salesperson (name I am currently forgetting) was very helpful, let me "test drive" multiple models, and was knowledgeable about different features. Prices were also lower than on the Sebo website! I'm very glad I purchased from here. I will definitely return for service and sales.

They have a large garage door next to the main entrance and it's often open, letting in the fresh air and great for convenience. If my company orders ahead, they usually have my supplies all ready go to on the store floor. The reason I don't give them 5 stars is one of the main guys behind the counter has ZERO customer service skills! Not very friendly, begrudgingly "helpful", it's as if he's upset you're even there. I thought about giving 2 stars because of him, however the store itself is good. Get rid of this guy and it would be a fantastic place. Also the staff, (usually only 2, which includes the guy above) isn't very helpful. One of the younger guys is, but the customer service takes a huge hit with grumpy behind the counter.
