Didn't finish the job. Doesn't answer emails, texts or phone calls but has time to post updates on his personal social media. Doesn't clean up the job site... Claims he'll finish a job in 3-4 days, but expect it to be more like 1-2 months. I wouldn't recommend this business, look elsewhere. read more

I had a 12' x 16' shed built buy Doug. The build quality is good but the roof is GARBAGE! He used the cheapest shingles possible! The first time we got a wind storm, she shingles lifted, then cracked, and broke off completely! I called Doug about getting the roof fixed, and he did not even return my phone call! BAD BUSINESS! He got paid in full, right away... but couldn't even take the time to return a phone call about a problem with his work!!! He states 100% satisfaction on his website, let me tell you, I'm NOT satisfied with the roof on my shed AT ALL!!! Still waiting to hear from you Doug!!! John Woods Ontario, NY read more
