I was then presented with a treatment plan labeling the following as high priority / urgent, to be repeated annually: * Temple filler * Tear trough / eye filler * Smile line (nasolabial) filler * Marionette line filler In addition, the plan recommended ongoing filler or procedures including: * Lip filler (every 6 months) * Chin filler * Jawline filler * PRF injections every 4-6 weeks * Kybella for the jaw/chin fat * Neck line filler * PRP microneedling facials every 3 months This felt excessive and sales-driven for someone who came in seeking a long term maintenance plan, not overhaul. There was little discussion of restraint, prioritization, or doing nothing. I was also handed an iPad to review procedures while the provider left the room multiple times, which felt uncomfortable from a professionalism and privacy standpoint.
